A favorite place in Brest, where the best breakfasts are served (from 10.00 to 16.00), and, in principle, Bloom is distinguished by wonderful cuisine!!! The service is excellent, the waiters are very smart-very diligent, attentive, and absolutely not intrusive! Wonderful atmosphere, pleasant interior and excellent service!

I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews. The usual noisy cafe. It is almost impossible to talk, there is a table for 6 people next to the table for two. Someone is sitting drinking beer, there is a lot of noise from drunk people, the feeling of a pub. The fact that there's not enough space and the tables are too close makes the atmosphere a mess. We came in the evening and the menu, to put it mildly, was very disappointing. There was very little choice, even though something was handwritten. The price for cocktails is simply cosmos per 100 ml. The pizza was either overcooked or the dough was like that, but it just crumbled like dry bread, literally 5 minutes and it was already oak. Draniki, which are on the menu as "potato pancakes", and it turns out that pancakes have no hint of a crispy crust. And the cook probably forgot what salt is. The impression is very twofold, as the place is well-publicized. The receptionist and waiters are constantly walking in the hall, which makes the place even smaller. By the end, I just got a headache from the noise and we left. The coat rack is overflowing, and the toilet is shared by girls and boys, which is also not very encouraging. Maybe we were just lucky, but we definitely won't come again.

The breakfast was wonderful. To start the morning with a positive start, I recommend having breakfast here. And a good mood is guaranteed for the whole day. It is cozy, beautiful, comfortable and, most importantly, delicious. Only the waiters are completely on the chill. It takes a long time to wait.

A very beautiful place, a very long wait for a simple salad, I never thought that Caesar with shrimp could be so spoiled, ALAS, there is one cabbage and a couple of royal ones in the salad...Lemonade is similar to Jupi from 90 . I probably recommend asking for the waiting time of the dishes and the main dishes, maybe then you will get enough. I didn't like it!!!

they call a very dietary breakfast "classic" - if someone is on a keto diet, then go straight to the cashier, we started going there because of this, we also tried English and Atlantic - also for 5-
but they have some kind of innovation - the portions of breakfast were reduced, and it was the "big ones" - the standard ones were left as it was, and the "big ones" were made as standard, just a plate more, six months ago it was as it should be, but apparently "money is urgently needed" - but these are quibbles, anyway we go there

Secondly, the waiting time for breakfast was announced to us at 45 minutes.. But since we were in no great hurry, this time was fine with us. As a result, cheesecakes and pancakes were brought 10 minutes after the order, but the English breakfast made them sweat. Within an HOUR, the newly arrived guests were served breakfast, fried dishes of any complexity, but not OUR breakfast..
As a result, we caught the waiter and they stirred, promised to remember us in 4 minutes, as a result, 15 minutes passed and they brought it to us.

The child was traumatized by the waiter with tears. They asked for ice cream for the girl, the spouse and the child were sent to another room to choose from 16 types. Tiramisu was chosen, paid for!!!! And we were given a guarantee that it would be brought to us. My daughter heard it. As a result, the waiter with an impudent face brought another ice cream. And he tried to lie to us, because what we paid for and selected was taken to others.
Don't set foot here. And I don't recommend it to anyone. Apparently, they do it for tourists in the expectation that they came, poisoned themselves and did not return.
