Unfortunately, the visit to the Power Supply establishment left extremely negative impressions. The shift that served us clearly didn't care about the quality of service. The waiters were not attentive, the order had to wait much longer than promised, and as a result it turned out to be incomplete. When they asked to fix the situation, instead of apologizing, they faced rudeness and a complete lack of desire to solve the problem. The service was disappointing, and, frankly, there is no desire to return to this place. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of the staff's work.
I also want to note that there seemed to be a girl at the checkout - Nastya, terribly arrogant and nasty, snaps and is rude. How can you put such people in the field of customer service?!

В первый раз в Кокшетау проездом оказались. Поискал по Яндекс картам где можно вкусно и не дорого покушать. Нашли по отзывам свой вариант. Зашли,все как в отзывах. Народу много ,отстояли в очереди полчаса .было человек 30 в очереди. Сразу зашёл в туалет. Все чисто. Кажется уборщица оттуда не выходит,постоянно убирает. Это хорошо. Все на высоком уровне. Но в помещении внутри интеръер мрачный темный. Кто дизайнер,руки оборвать. Не хватает света,все держится на естественном панорамном освещении улицы. Представляю,как там вечером,нужно с фонариком заходить. Но все держится на вкусной и относительно не дорогой пище. Нас было трое. Чек вышел в около 8000. Не сдерживали себя ни в чем,суп,второе,пирожные,чаи,салатик и на вынос,сосиски и гамбургер,но это не стоило брать. Я сосиски не мясные не люблю. Дальше,удобно пока стоишь,можно разглядеть на выдаче пишу. Там самое яркое место. Видимо по задумке дизайнера,стоит задерживаться на выдаче ,оплатить и быстро съесть и уходить,потому ,что сидеть в полутемном помещении с черным потолком долго не возможно,хочется уйти побыстрее. Попросил борщ,что-то в рулете в картошке и пюре из картошки. Очень трудно ориентировать в названиях. Меню не существует. Девушка на выдаче предложила озвучивать содержимое меню. Все проходит через микроволновку. Почему нельзя сразу подавать горячим?в итоге получил ши вместо борща. В борще есть свекла,а на фото ее нет. Чека на кассе тоже не выдали. Так,что я не знаю,что и сколько стоит.по опытупрсещения подобных заведений в разных городах,это не дорого и сытно,полдня после них человек не"жужжит"все вкусно и сытно,только что стоит написать меню и поставить лампочки поярче. Ведь убери из этого вкусно или не дорого и посещаемость упадет наткнувшись на мрачность интеръера?

Хочу сказать, что это очень хороший сервис. Меня даже где-то восхищает, как поставлена работа,подобран персонал и конечно отличная кухня. Мне всегда приятно туда заходить, персонал вежливый,чистота, порядок. И думаю, что конечно нужно отметить организатора этого заведения, респект, правда! Считаю,что многим ресторанам стоит у вас получится работать! Спасибо.

Everything corresponds to the description, the girls on the distribution line are politely served, very friendly, there are enough seats in the hall, an interesting design of the room. For the head, it is rather a request to put a national dish on the menu, since we always want to try local cuisine for the first time.

Когда в Кокшетау, всегда туда хожу и обедать , и ужинать. Вкусно готовят ,по домашнему, цены халява. За копейки можно и вкусно покушать , и с собой забрать . Всегда всё свежее. Как то пришла поздно ,уже ничего не было.

Очень и очень не плохо ЗА ЭТИ ДЕНЬГИ. Приличная обстановка и Мебель для такого класса столовой. Весьма не дорого. Покушать первое, второе, хлеб, десерт, чай, вот прям все что хочешь и двух тыс т.г не выйдет. Вкусно, порции нормальные. Из минусов, не хватает персонала кажется на всех точках. Столы не убраны, вечно нет чистых подносов и приборов. Зайти комплексно покушать рекомендую 100%.
