We purchased A4 paper without a stamp from Black Inc. According to the information provided by the consultant, the paper should have differed from the well-known trademarks "Snow Maiden" and analogues only in whiteness. Upon delivery, it turned out that it was impossible to print on the paper from the back side, because it is so thin that the edges bend after printing on one side, and paper jams occur in the printer. After contacting the company, the consultant suggested that I spread out the paper on the windowsill or iron it!!! and wait a few days!!! The next day, printing became possible, but only if you put 1 sheet into the printer, leveling the edges at the same time!!!! The company refused to replace the low-quality goods with paper, on which it will be possible to print on both sides without hindrance, or to take the low-quality goods back. The cost of paper at the same time amounted to 23.28 rubles per package. And an invalid Certificate of Conformity was attached to the accompanying documents (the validity period expired at the time of receipt of the goods). I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT the COOPERATION with Black Inc.
