They offered a blackout to Pless and again there is practically no choice. For one floor-to-ceiling window (2 parts) 480p (I don't know if it's expensive or not). Modern solutions (now they are making a neat thin box around the perimeter) No. Only the ropes, I think the child will pull them out on the first day. They did not want to go- to look for something better (very wrongly) because they wanted to hurry up, summer is ahead. The order was placed on May 16. They promise, according to the contract, to bring up to 16 working days. JUNE 8: 16 working days have passed, but nothing has been heard from the store. I'm writing to them. They answer me that it turns out that there is no such fabric in production, wait until the end of the month (why did you not find out this at production when ordering, so as not to waste my time is not clear....why they didn't track the deadlines and didn't call themselves, didn't tell me about it, is also a question). I'm waiting for the end of the month. JUNE 29th (as if a third of the summer had passed). I haven't heard anything from them. Writing. They tell me that they arrived today, you can pick them up tomorrow. On JUNE 30, they call me (they didn't mention that they informed me), they say that they can pick me up, I say that I will stop by today. I am informed that from 13:00 to 14:00 they need to leave somewhere. I think it's great that you warned me. I arrive at 12:40 and took it away (if I was 2 minutes late, I would have kissed the door, because the seller was already leaving). We waited for our curtains for a month and a half and at the same time NO ONE EVER APOLOGIZED FOR the DELAY (neither by phone nor in the store when buying) AND THEY NEVER EVEN WARNED ABOUT THE POSTPONEMENT OF DEADLINES. And in the contract for the day of delay 0.01% of the amount, those in our case are 5 kopecks / day (this is not even funny). By the way, the curtains did not even have assembly instructions attached (but they do have installation services, paid😏). It's good that I didn't order curtains for the whole house and I WON'T ORDER them
I really want to leave my feedback after more than 5 years of using curtains purchased and installed by this organization. I've been wanting to write for a long time, but somehow I put it off. The prices are actually very expensive. But I hoped - it's expensive, so it's high-quality. But no. They installed pleats (on a regular window and on a terrace "on the floor") and day-night. There were only 6 windows. In one of the rooms, they fell off immediately the next day after installation, and the cornice itself fell off from the wall - they arrived on the call, they were eliminated. The measurements themselves for some windows were even incorrectly made, namely in width - for the largest floor-to-ceiling windows - they turned out to be narrow, and for one window - wide, that when fully lowered, the blinds turn out to be "skewed". Blinds "day-night", which were installed in the boxes - after a very short time of use, they began to "Wedge" when opened. In one of the rooms, they completely broke up three years later. It got stuck in the box when it was opened, it was slightly adjusted with a hand, and the material fell down. And they were left hanging in a jammed state, and even torn, they couldn't even hide them back in the box. It is clear that I burned out in the sun, but I repeat once again - everything was not cheap, because I wanted a high-quality and naturally beautiful new house. And so it turned out to be nonsense on the windows. Although we are very careful and we know how to appreciate things so that they last longer. I called and they said they would come. We were on the phone, but we didn't get there. It was possible to make a fuss, but then it was not up to that. And I am not a conflicted person. The only thing I will write is that out of 6 "dressed" windows, 5 are problematic. If possible, do not rush to make a choice. Read other people's reviews. But I do not recommend taking it here. Approach the choice carefully, otherwise I admire this "beauty" on the windows, which I'm even looking for someone to redo.
