A very nice guest house. It stands right next to the sea. I went out the gate of the territory and you are already on the beach. The rooms are nice, clean, and pleasant. Towels and bed linen are provided. The mattresses are a bit, they didn't seem comfortable to me, but it tastes and colors, as they say. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery, there is a shower to rinse your feet after the sea. There is a shared kitchen, the kitchen has dishes for food, glasses, pots, pans, refrigerator, freezer, 2 tiles. There is a washing machine, but laundry is paid. The hostess, Kristina, is friendly, hospitable, helpful. Thank you very much, Kristina, for a good rest.

A great guest house. The air conditioner is working. The rooms are clean. A wonderful area, where adults can relax and children can play in the evening. Beautiful vegetation on the site. The sea is right behind the fence. The beach is semi-empty, the city is very small. There is a cafe- canteen nearby. You can eat not very expensive.

A wonderful hotel. Clean, cozy, 100 steps to the sea. All rooms have a sea view. There is a kitchen with everything you need. Peace and comfort. Dolphins can be observed from the window every morning. The hostess is attentive to every guest. The cafe is nearby. A place for the soul and a charge of energy. A place where you want to return

The hostess of the hotel is such a nasty woman, does not know how to communicate culturally, comes to the beach and expels everyone, saying that everything belongs to her, although the beach is not private, ordinary, wild and not equipped, to which she was asked if there are any paper confirmations that this beach belongs to her? To which she replied that she would go and glue something by hand and bring it, in the end she did not bring it ... then you decide for yourself

A quiet and peaceful holiday by the sea)!!!! The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous, the room is decent (everything corresponds to the photo), the hostess Kristina is a very pleasant and kind girl. We will definitely be back! Ohhh! And the mooing of cows and the crowing of roosters is just a fairy tale 🤗 like in a village with a grandmother, but at sea 🥰
If you eat, then there is a Delicious snack nearby (very much, if you do not cook yourself). The most necessary products are nearby (after the tent hotel on the right side there is a kiosk). We didn't like the store closer to the asphalt road.

Yes , we lived in their house , we were lucky with the neighbors, the floor of the house is the price....

Such a cozy and warm place! An oasis of silence, purity. Kristina is a hostess who surrounds with care, that's exactly the customer-oriented service, which I can't say about the rest of Abkhazia. The cleanest sea, everything is in order in the rooms, the kitchen has everything you need.
I am a sophisticated traveler, from Iceland to Japan, the Maldives, and other exotic things in high-level hotels, but I will be happy to return here again!

We had a vacation with my wife and son (5 years old) for the first time in Abkhazia, chose Black-House on the advice of a friend, honestly did not regret it. The rooms are just super, panoramic Windows overlooking the sea, everything is clean and cozy, shower and toilet in the room. The house is located right on the shore, the beach is well maintained with rods. The territory is all in flower beds and trees, very beautiful, there are benches, swings, a playground and a sandbox, the child was not bored by almost all vacationers with children. Near Petsunda there is a city beach, with steamboats, catamarans, jet skis and all possible entertainment, for any choice. Cafes and canteens are also all within walking distance. Two boarding houses with swimming pools and restaurants, children's and sports grounds, an adult and children's disco with animators are also within walking distance. I would like to say a special thank you to the hostess Kristina, she will always listen, tell you where everything is, call a taxi where you need it, a very kind and responsive person, monitors houses, territory and the mood of vacationers)))We will definitely come back next year!!!

What is in the description corresponds to reality. The sea is less than a minute from the guest house. Very clean and cozy room, furniture, bed linen, towels are all new. Wi-Fi is great! The large window overlooks the sea, where dolphins swim very close to the shore. It's just amazing!!! A territory with a huge number of beautiful flowers. The summer kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Having a rest in this guest house, there were no problems. Friendly hosts meet and accompany you, they will always help and tell you, for example, where it is better to have lunch, what entertainment to go to or go to, tell you where everything is, give useful advice. Coast to coast. Peace and quiet. Everything you need is there. The opportunity to cook in a shared equipped kitchen with dishes. The rooms have their own facilities, clean, beautiful and tasteful. Comfortable mattresses on the beds. Of course, there are air conditioners. There are 8 rooms in total and all with sea views. Unlike most hoteliers, this one faces the sea, not sideways and not half-sideways. You can't get tired of a bunch of people. The area is clean and beautiful: there is a "children's corner" and the opportunity to Park, many flowers, palm trees are planted. The beach is clean and almost deserted. The sea is clear. I highly recommend it.

We had a rest at the end of September for only three days, before that we had never traveled to Abkhazia.The impressions are very positive!!!
The hostess is hospitable, very cozy, the room has everything you need including air conditioning, you can cook yourself in the boxwood kitchen, although why cook there is a delicious dining room 1 minute walk away.The sea is 30 seconds from the room, the beach is clean like the sea itself, silence and grace.The hostess will tell you everything and show you where and what is interesting.There are a lot of excursions.We are absolutely delighted))).We plan to visit the Black House in full next summer.

It is impossible to sleep on beds. You turn around creaking for the whole room. They haven't cleaned our place once in 10 days. They don't give you blankets. You sleep under a sheet that's the size of a baby. The sanitation is complete. If you don't want to get sick there, choose another place! We're not going there anymore.
