A small cozy hotel in the very center of Istanbul. Great location for those who want to explore all the historical sights of this part of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. There are excellent cafes and restaurants nearby where you can have a delicious and budget meal, but you need to know these places. Friendly hotel staff, respond to all requests and requests. The breakfast buffet was a little meager for me, but in general you can eat. There is no variety, almost the same assortment. But for a hotel of the declared level, the place in the hotel is decent and decent.
I gave it 5 stars because the price/quality ratio is perfect. For $60 per night (January 2024) you get a great room for two. Now the pros: 1) Ideal location - you are in the center, within walking distance to the main facilities 2) The staff is attentive and good-natured. We were able to check in 1 hour ahead of time and also gave a plate of fruit as a gift. 3) Breakfast is a standard buffet. The Turkish tide is low, so you'll find something for yourself. 4) Clean rooms/bed linen/shower room. Minuses: 1) Cramped rooms 2) The shower works strangely (sometimes cold water, sometimes hot) 3) Thin walls - loud neighbors can be heard.
This is a great hotel. Special thanks to the hotel staff, they will always help, prompt, there is a Russian-speaking staff. The breakfast buffet is at the highest level. My wife ordered Turkish coffee every day, and at the end of the rest they didn't even charge. If to Istanbul, then only to the Black Tulip.
Nice hotel, we liked it. On the travelat, he has 3 *, but quite pulls on a confident four.
Location - equidistant from Sofia, Topkapi, Marmaray metro and marina (approximately 10 minutes). There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel.
We had room 206 (it looks like the smallest according to the floor plan), but we had enough. We asked for a double bed when booking and it was, yes, not super big, my husband was a little short (he is 186 cm tall), but his legs were not hanging))
Towels, soap accessories, slippers, hair dryer - there were. The safe is free, Wi-Fi is also fine and caught. Condey is not new, but it worked without complaints. There is a TV, they didn't turn it on) The room has a kettle, cups, several sachets of tea and coffee, dry cream, 0.5 l bottles of water - updated every day. They clean and change towels every day, even if they didn't press the button.
The breakfasts are very decent, everything you need to eat.
The staff is very friendly and friendly, really nice guys who quickly solve problems (our hair dryer did not work, it was quickly replaced), the reception is open around the clock, mostly speak English, but there is at least one Russian-speaking person. A local SIM card was also taken at the hotel, the price is acceptable - 600 lira for 25 GB
Of the minuses, I can only note weak sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors talking, but it seems so everywhere) Well, if the windows overlook the street, the tram goes noisily (our windows went out into the courtyard, only the Muezzin woke us up in the morning if the window was not closed).
But it didn't spoil our impression in any way
The hotel is pleasant. The breakfasts are excellent, almost like on the coast. The only drawback was that the windows were on the street, and trams were running noisily back and forth there every 10 seconds. Noise, screeching, beeps. But, upon closer examination of the city, it became clear that this is one of the most decent and prosperous streets and that it is much safer there in the dark than on any other streets. I recommend the hotel
Very helpful and attentive staff, positive and sociable! Good, varied breakfasts. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. The hotel itself is located near many attractions. In general, if I ever find myself in Istanbul again, my choice is obvious.
A great cozy hotel, delicious varied breakfasts, the room is small, clean, tidy. There is everything for a comfortable stay, they give a compliment in the form of a plate of fruits.
This is a great hotel. It is located near the tram line that runs only along the main streets! The entrance to Gulhane Park is on the side of the hotel. On the basis of breakfast, which is a good choice, I cut honey straight from the honeycomb with milk there😅
Excellent hotel in the center of Rosa Khutor. The staff is very friendly, the view of the river is very beautiful, the food is on the level!
I was very pleased!
Nice hotel, clean, nice staff, decent breakfasts. It was nice to come back at the end of the day, with the window open, you can hear the muezzin, but if you close it, you can sleep peacefully

Attentive and caring staff. Breakfast in the room rate is enough to refresh yourself before a long trip around the city. Water and detailed consultations at the reception without restrictions
Tiny rooms. The single bed is 170 cm long. If you are taller, then you will not fit on it. Sleeping diagonally is also impossible, because the width of the bed is 80 centimeters. There is no sound insulation. Therefore, you hear everything that your neighbors are doing, with absolutely all the details. The staff is good. Everyone is trying very hard to do their job perfectly. Breakfasts are often praised in reviews. It is completely unclear why. The food here is for a very picky tourist. Even the coffee and tea are of poor quality. The location of the hotel is very good.
Super responsive staff. Surrounded by care. I want to go back. We took a tour, a panorama, we didn't really like it, the guide was falling asleep and speaking very badly. They said they would pick you up from the hotel, but they walked half the way. Then we rode for an hour and took everyone to the hotels for another hour.
This hotel was not chosen by chance. In 2019, we already stayed there.Yes, it's not big, but it's cozy. The location is great. The main attractions are within walking distance.I ordered economy both times. The first time they gave a standard, but this time I don't even know, but it's big with a balcony (no extra charges). The number is not the most important thing. In Istanbul, you need to walk and walk more. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, helpful, attentive.I was congratulated on my Birthday with a cake. And on the eve of departure, a plate of fruit was brought to the room.
Great hotel. Very convenient location. The room is small but cozy and clean. We had towels changed and cleaning done every day. There is a kettle in the room. Tea and coffee bags were brought daily. Great breakfasts. The staff is polite and helpful. I recommend it to everyone. Elena St. Petersburg.
