The breakfast place (the language does not turn to call it a restaurant) was so dirty, unsanitary conditions prevailed, all the staff just walked by and did not notice the dirty tables, the lack of breakfast dishes. One day when we came to breakfast, the tables from the evening carousal were all dirty, leftovers of food were lying on them, some rags, and the young guys who work there just walked by without noticing anything unusual for them. In general, the staff of the bar, restaurant did not seem to understand why they were there, they always staggered past the guests without hesitation scratching their ya * ts.
There were three high chairs in the cafe: one was broken in half, but for some reason it was proudly lying in different corners, the other two had never washed and were all covered in fungus from humidity.
It was also funny to watch when at 9 a.m. in the midst of the tourists' breakfast, the hotel staff (cleaners, waiters, kitchen staff) went out on the terrace to drink their morning coffee, I still did not understand who came to whom on vacation.
In principle, we did not eat at the hotel after all these events, but went to the cafe opposite where everything was cleaned normally, took orders and generally worked.
I do not know who is the owner of this hotel, but there is complete trouble with recruitment and staff management.
Well, according to the nuances:
Wi-Fi did not work either in the rooms or at the reception, and the mobile Internet in this village barely catches
The room for 4 people was given a standard one, both should be two adults, the child is put on a cot and thus it is almost impossible to squeeze between the beds
There is no shower side in the bathroom, that is, the floor in the toilet is constantly flooded with water, what was the difficulty in making the side remains a mystery
In the bar, the prices for drinks were taken from the employees' heads, for example, I paid 13.5 lari for coffee and a bottle of water, a can of cola - 5 lari, there is naturally no price list for drinks and there will not be
Of the advantages: they were settled earlier and the cleaner, who conscientiously cleaned the rooms

We rested here with the whole family. Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean, and towels were cleaned and changed every day. The staff is friendly and responsive, they responded immediately to any request. The location of the hotel is ideal, right 50 meters from the sea, on a sandy beach with healing magnetic sands. There are also 2 swimming pools, for children and adults. No need to pack up, go to the beach. You can lie by the pool, then immediately plunge into the sea. This is important for us, as trips from the hotel to the beach with children take a lot of time. The beach and the pool area were always clean, the lawn was mowed almost every other day. The food is delicious, fresh, inexpensive. I would like to thank the canteen employee Natia for her caring and hospitable attitude towards us and the children.
In the evenings there is something to do, backgammon, billiards, tennis, everything is free. There is a huge white grand piano in the foyer. Vacationers often played. There was music by the pool, dancing lovers could dance.
It was comfortable and pleasant for us at home. We will definitely come back.
