We had a great rest in September of this year in this guest house in Sukhum.Thanks to the hospitable host and his assistant Svetlana 🤗🍁⛰️ Modern design and cleanliness.Nearby is the landmark Tsar Bagrat Mountain with a stunning viewing point for the whole of Sukhum.

A cozy place, a nice clean courtyard, there is a shared kitchen, there is a common hall with a TV. The rooms are clean and cozy, the furniture is good, everything you need is there. Mvo beach is not far away, there is a stop to mocha beach. Svetlana is a very pleasant receptionist, always there for any questions. We really liked it.

We had a rest with friends in this cozy place. The host is very friendly and attentive! The staff is too!! A very friendly atmosphere is created, everyone communicates with each other) Many thanks to Svetlana and Astamur for such purity, sincere communication, cohesion and smiling!
All the amenities in a 5+ room! The kitchen is clean, electric stove, all the dishes are there. The sea is nearby (10-12 min) on foot. There are many shops nearby. We recommend - Kolos (Supermarket).
We were very satisfied with the hotel! I want to go back there again. I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to all my friends!

We rested in the guest house with our family, lived in an improved room with a balcony, everything is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, high-quality, snow-white linen, comfortable mattress, shared kitchen with everything you need, where it is also very clean, it is nice to be there. There are tables in the courtyard, Parking,
clothes dryers, in general, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
Thanks to Astamur for creating such a wonderful, cozy, high-quality guest house.
And, many thanks to Svetlana for her sensitivity, attention, help and support, as well as for perfect cleanliness.

Thanks to Astamur and Svetlana for their hospitality. A great guest house. The cleanliness is perfect. Any questions will always be answered and prompted. The communal kitchen is very clean and comfortable. The room has almost everything, it is advisable to add a few hangers, there was not enough.
And I wanted to shoot three neighborhood roosters in the morning, who competed in the morning who would shout louder)))

Many thanks to Astamur and Svetlana for their hospitality and warm welcome. A great place for a family vacation. The rooms are cozy. The territory is always clean and tidy.
There is also a shared kitchen, which can be used at any time.
Grocery stores, canteens, and bus stops are within walking distance.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, slowly.
We were very satisfied. We would love to come back again! 🙏🏽❤️

All of the above is true, and hospitality, and cleanliness, household appliances are present. There was not enough TV in the room, because they waited out the heat in the room, and the habit was to have it. There is no hair dryer in the rooms, 2 pcs.for all.

A great place in Sukhum
Our family liked everything, didn't even want to leave)
Cozy, sincere, quiet, safe, clean - this is the most important thing.
Of course, we were flattered that we were the only guests during this period)))
Have we returned here again, then of course YES)

A great place to relax. The landscaped area, cozy rooms. The location is more than good: quiet at night, 15-20 minutes on foot to the central embankment of Sukhum. Mocha beach is a 30-minute walk away, or by minibus for 10 rubles 10 minutes. The room is super clean!!!There are no significant disadvantages. Only if the mattress is a little uncomfortable. And so the deserved 5 out of 5

We rested several times in this amazing place. In 2021, we were in July.
A wonderful hotel. There is a modern kitchen in the courtyard, where we had breakfast and drank coffee. It is very clean and the territory is being monitored. Friendly staff. I would also like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel Astamur for his care, professionalism and true hospitality. I advise everyone to relax here. It is close to the sea, there are shops and cafes around

We had a rest from June 14 to June 29, 2021.
"Trio from the Urals" ;)
a very cozy and quiet place, if you do not like the noise of cars in the morning, then you are here.
The kitchen is a detached small building, you can cook your own food, everything you need for cooking is available
♡ air conditioning in each room
a young and very intelligent hotel owner, suggested where it is worth and not worth going, what to try, an interesting interlocutor
♡ MVO beach is a 5-minute walk away, although initially looking at the location it seems that it is far away, but it is not so
Grocery stores and cafes with very affordable prices are located nearby
taking care of the safety of guests: parking for cars under lock and key, video surveillance around the exterior perimeter of the house.
I didn't want to leave at all, the homely atmosphere, the lovely neighbors in the guest house - it was a great vacation.
We wish Astamur prosperity, the implementation of all plans, business expansion and inspiration, 100% utilization all year round, health and good mood.
Black Sea Guesthouse is our recommendation!!!

Disgusting!
We wanted to read the reviews, booked a room in mid-April for approximate dates for August, 110 days in advance. The owner called and clarified our plans, I said that after the May holidays I would know exactly what dates we would arrive, it depended on work and it was a couple of days back and forth. So no, he started calling a couple of days later and demanding to determine exactly how to deposit money. When he recalled the agreements about May and asked to write to Booking all the details and sprays of prepayment, he was rude and canceled the reservation himself.
Before choosing this hotel, I saw in the recall a small negative in terms of TOTAL control. I just thought people didn't get along, but unfortunately it's true, everything is fine as long as everything goes as the owner wants.
Now I think I did not spend well on his persuasions to cancel the reservation and "so" book. He'll do something wrong and throw things away again. So no, we'd rather go to another hotel where customers are respected and appreciated.
