We had a great rest in September of this year in this guest house in Sukhum.Thanks to the hospitable host and his assistant Svetlana 🤗🍁⛰️ Modern design and cleanliness.Nearby is the landmark Tsar Bagrat Mountain with a stunning viewing point for the whole of Sukhum.

A cozy place, a nice clean courtyard, there is a shared kitchen, there is a common hall with a TV. The rooms are clean and cozy, the furniture is good, everything you need is there. Mvo beach is not far away, there is a stop to mocha beach. Svetlana is a very pleasant receptionist, always there for any questions. We really liked it.

We had a rest with friends in this cozy place. The host is very friendly and attentive! The staff is too!! A very friendly atmosphere is created, everyone communicates with each other) Many thanks to Svetlana and Astamur for such purity, sincere communication, cohesion and smiling! All the amenities in a 5+ room! The kitchen is clean, electric stove, all the dishes are there. The sea is nearby (10-12 min) on foot. There are many shops nearby. We recommend - Kolos (Supermarket). We were very satisfied with the hotel! I want to go back there again. I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to all my friends!
