A good institution, very tasty cuisine, excellent live music, we have been eating here for 5 years from year to year, the cafe pleases with good service and food quality, good alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, I definitely recommend it for vacationers and tourists.
But I also want to leave a comment for the owner of the cafe on 08/15/24 we came to sit and there were two corporate parties in the cafe, there were clearly not enough waiters, we waited for 15 minutes until the waiter came, as a result we had to go call the waiter to the bar, when I asked why it took so long I got the answer "well, you don't see that we have a wait" and we waited 40 minutes for food, I also think 10% included in the service receipt is inappropriate, tipping is a bonus from the visitor to the waiter for his high-quality and good work and also for his smile and not a negative mood. I hope the cafe owner will read this and draw conclusions and hold a preventive conversation with the staff. Moreover, the other shift is much more friendly and responsive. For the second year we have been vacationing near the Pitsundra in Ldaaz and have not yet found a better place than the Black Sea. The portions are good, the prices are not too high, the interior is pleasant. There are sweets for children on the bar counter. And of course - kittens!!! Seals are patient and prefer a strategy of non-intrusiveness, thanks to the bark, in my opinion, they get more goodies than impudent beggars.
Today we are going to celebrate our daughter's birthday in BS.

A wonderful restaurant, friendly waiters, delicious barbecue, beef stroganoff, first courses, khinkali and more. The cook manages everything except tea. That's the only thing I didn't like. Great cafe!
We were here in the second half of June 2024.
Delicious dishes, friendly pleasant staff, reasonable prices.
We ordered burgers, you won't find them everywhere in Moscow either)
I really liked the signature seafood salad.
The child was given nuggets, so they turned out to be from chicken fillet and not from some incomprehensible minced meat, pleasantly surprised)

A very cool cafe!!!! The service is at the highest level, if you are tired of local eateries, you are here👍 quiet , calm, clean. The staff, in particular the waiters Yolanda, Lolita are super, well done girls! The food is special and delicious, we took a room with meals, but we only go here to eat!!! Live music is played in the evenings. The prices are reasonable. We highly recommend visiting this place) especially with children, you can turn on cartoons for them :)

It's just a gorgeous place, we went with our family and just melted away. We read the reviews and we liked everything. The atmosphere is wonderful, the man sings beautiful songs, comfortable chairs and a pleasant light to the eye.
The food is just great. We took food on the grill, this is something, we took assorted pizza and did not lose, I would try more burgers, which are very praised. And caesar salad with chicken, it sounds simple, but the chicken is very juicy. In short, the place is super, I advise everyone!!

We visited Black See during the summer holidays many times. It attracts very tasty food, wonderful atmosphere, live music, "golden violin", attentive service and reasonable prices! The cook cooks perfectly, it feels like a master of his craft! We have tried many dishes, it always turns out delicious and very satisfying. The waiters are all friendly, well versed in their business, they know how to prompt. Especially noteworthy is the waitress Nastya ("Drakosha") for her professionalism and positive attitude. I visit this institution for the second summer in a row, there has always been excellent cuisine, today, despite the lack of light almost all over the country, they cooked an excellent barbecue for lunch, they took it not for the first time. We returned here in the evening, there are not as many people as in other places of the city. I decided to try pork ribs, as a result I got charcoal, the waitress of course then offered to replace the dish when I pointed out the drawback, but I have a huge question, but how did they decide to take it out at all.... The impression was very spoiled. The attitude of the majority of the staff also leaves much to be desired, I strongly do not recommend visiting this institution.

This is the worst place I've eaten in Abkhazia. After reading the positive reviews and looking at the photos, I decided to eat here with my mother before the concert. I ordered a Black Sea salad, my mother took a lamb. We waited for the order for 40 minutes. The lamb was not frozen, dry and not salty. 600 rubles came out 300 grams. My salad is Ambets. Boiled frozen seafood with two lettuce leaves with soy sauce. I don't even understand how the idea to cook it was born. Lettuce 580 rubles . Even the oriental coffee was bitter - 80 rubles. Plus they brought more pita bread…some kind of bullshit for tourists... I'm sure they wouldn't eat taco bread at home at the table. In general, in the end we gave 1600, we didn't even understand why. I always judge an institution, including the toilet. Instead of a thousand words, a photo of a women's toilet. I won't eat there anymore.
P.S. I thought for a long time to put one star or two... I'll put two... I didn't get poisoned... and of course the reviews were made... the place was half empty... how can you not respect the customers so much…

Hello everyone We returned from Abkhazia, had a rest in early June 2024, at the Guma hotel! From the local cafes next to the hotel, we give a bold five to the Black Sea institution. 1. The waiters did not immediately react to our arrival. The menu arrived only 10 minutes later. At the same time, they ran past us several times. And in principle, the waiter serving us didn't even ask about our impressions.
2. Very loud music, does not allow you to communicate calmly. During the dance, one of the guests turned off the light. They left the light music. It is not very convenient for the rest of the guests to eat in the dark. The DJ does not follow the music, one song is superimposed on another, an unpleasant feeling of cocaphony is created.
3. I took the signature salad. There was a shell fragment in the mussel shell. I almost broke my tooth, it hurt to tears. Be careful
4. Three toilet cubicles, couldn't get there for 30-40 minutes. Either not everyone is working, or there is not enough for all the guests.
5. The chacha was scorched, smelled of paint, tough, excessive amount of isoamyl alcohol, the bartender said that they had changed the supplier. It is not possible to drink!
6. Beer was asked to be brought immediately in such a heat. But it stood on the bar counter for 10 minutes, warmed up until the waiter brought it to us.

I ordered a Greek salad and a boat. When ordering, I clarified to the waiter that I was limited in time.
The waiter approved and said that I would be in time.
The wait was 30 minutes.
When asked to hurry up, I received the answer: "Well, then they are cooking!" (I heard the same phrase in response to other customers).
Now about the food. Look at the cucumbers in the salad!!! He obviously died a natural death. The cook must have seen what he was laying out, but it didn't stop him.
I drew the waiter's attention to the cucumbers, she admitted that it shouldn't be like this, she took them away!With your fingers! cucumber from my plate and carried to show / throw away/… She offered to redo the salad, but I refused for lack of time. Then it was suggested to just bring a cucumber... a curtain!
The boat was average.
