Great hotel! We rented the house in August 2024. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly, very friendly staff! The cabin has everything you need, the mattresses are excellent. There was uninterrupted water, electricity, WiFi. They immediately warned that cleaning was on demand, but they never had to demand it, as it was cleaned very often. The cleanliness of the pool is also carefully monitored. The food is not very varied, but we were quite satisfied, we were always full. Thank you for the comfort, caring for the guests and our great vacation!!! I definitely recommend it

A great place for a family vacation. On the territory of the hotel there is a playground, a swimming pool, a bar with music. Breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate. I woke up in the morning, had breakfast, had dinner in the evening, there are no questions where to cook or where to go. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea in walking mode, if you do not stop at the shops, you can walk faster, everyone walks differently. I would like to note that there is a shop on the ground floor, which is sometimes also necessary. Parking is available on site. In general, the place is fire, cannon, bomb, I recommend it to everyone. We were from August 4 to August 12.

A wonderful place to relax! The hotel is new and very cozy, clean rooms, very comfortable beds and chairs, an unusual designer table under the sink in the bathroom.The price includes quite decent breakfasts and dinners (which is very rare in Abkhazia; food is rarely included and rarely when it is delicious). Everything went well for our whimsical children. Who writes negative reviews about coffee, so I personally bought myself ground coffee, which I brewed myself with boiling water, which I want. There is a lot of entertainment for children, there is a swimming pool, a bar, it is possible to order clothes washing. The staff is very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.And what a beautiful sea here and what a beach here.... Having traveled half the world, I can say that you can relax here! This is not counting the fact that we traveled all over the coast of Abkhazia by car.

I've just returned from Abkhazia and I'll write a review right away!
A place to relax for 5+
The sea is clean, the beach is pine and the food is delicious!
The hotel has comfortable mattresses and good water pressure. That's exactly 5+
We would like to return and wish only prosperity, while the guys definitely have a place to grow.
Payment is only in cash, no transfer is out of the question. It was a shock for us, in all other places we calmly translated and there were no problems.
5000 deposit is also in cash and a long speech on "How not to do it"
You read the rules on paper and back them up with a signature.
The room itself is clean and cozy, but there are few personal hygiene products. It was enough for three people for 2 days. We bought shampoo and shower gel on the ground floor of the store.
On-demand cleaning, are you guys serious? There is no asphalt on the road and all the dust flies into the room. I don't know about the third floor, but the second floor needs to be cleaned every day.
The food is delicious, a little monotonous and a little greasy for us. But here there are no complaints at all. There are plenty of places to eat and for every taste!
The staff is very polite and friendly.
Upon departure, they asked to order a transfer, the seven arrived!!! There is nothing to say about the air conditioner, but we were with a child.
In general, we were not dear guests, but we can live.
PS: I advise you to put the cutlery with the handles up.

We had a family vacation in a triple room.
The hotel is very modern: fresh spacious rooms with a refrigerator, Yandex TV, air conditioning and a balcony. Very good wifi. It is important to have a generator: electricity is often turned off in Abkhazia, without a generator you will sit without light and water. The meals in the dining room are very decent twice a day. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a shop on the ground floor - it is very convenient to run for more. For children there is a playground, a trampoline and a swimming pool. There is parking for cars. The staff and management of the hotel are customer-oriented.

I liked the hotel, the children generally enjoyed it, our people walked around the site like in a country house. There is a trampoline, a mini climbing wall behind the bar and a game room. The pool is clean, there is no smell of bleach, the guys are very careful about this! The music in the bar plays until late in the evening, you can sit and eat pizza, skip a glass, another and smoke a hookah!
As for the kitchen, it's a failure! Breakfasts are the same every day, I ate an omelet and a curd casserole for 8 days, by the way it's not bad) pasta came across dry, rice I didn't understand them at all, it's like porridge stuck together, unleavened, salted sausages, nuggets and chicken sticks it's not clear what they're made of, I think a lot is just a semi-finished product, well in general, the taste and color as they say......for this, I lowered the star! Cleaning, she was, but not every day! Dust from the road flies to the balcony, respectively, it spreads from there to the room, it is advisable of course to do a wet cleaning every day! Well, actually we didn't go there for food or cleaning, so we're happy! Hello. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff of the hotel. This is our first time in Abkhazia. The rest was a great success. The children are happy and that was the most important thing for us. Let's get started. The room is clean, shower, toilet. The bed is gorgeous, the mattress is on fire. We slept like the dead. We lived on the top floor. Refrigerator, split, Wi-Fi and TV. We need to think a little about the moment in the toilet, since it was unacceptable and wild for my husband and me to put white towels on the floor for our feet. There are special rubber mats. Think about it. I'll send you a photo of the rug. It retains moisture and you just need to shake the water off it. As for the dining room. I've read a lot of reviews, but what they write is nonsense. Yes, the food is not very monotonous, but very tasty. Dinner changes a bit. And during my stay, I did not see yesterday's salads at the distribution. My daughter was 1 year old and 8 months old, she ate porridge and pancakes with pleasure. The staff in the dining room is super, especially the girl at the distribution. She is so pleasant and positive. She's like a ray of sunshine, and the weather is unclear. It's great that such a cheerful and sincere person contacts people at the distribution. About the territory. The territory is landscaped. There is a swimming pool, a bar, a barbecue area, a playroom where my baby used to play every time. We were not up to understanding with the Irakli administrator, but the issue was resolved. We walked to the beach. 7 min, despite the fact that our child is small and she walked by herself, no one carried her in their arms and did not push her in a stroller. And now about the unpleasant, but I don't take off the stars for it. 15.08 at the entrance to the hotel, our car was damaged by people who came to check in. They were parked next to our car. They constantly opened the door and hit our car. Why am I saying this with such confidence, because we didn't go anywhere by car and after they hit our car, they abruptly decided to rearrange their own. Piggishness is the second happiness. I really hope that they will read this review and understand who we are talking about. Unfortunately, the surveillance camera does not show how the door of that car is in contact with ours. Consider installing the camera so that you can view such situations. These "people", Having ruined someone else's property, stupidly remained silent. So know that the boomerang exists. And I also want to add to my review that dear guests of this hotel, check-in is at 14:00, and you come with such claims at 11:00, they say, why haven't we been checked in yet. We rested here in the summer of 2024.
Overall, we were very comfortable and safe. There were no problems with electricity and water. It's nice that tea, sugar and shampoo-gels, mosquito repellent were put on check-in. The room is very comfortable, high ceilings, large balcony, everything dries quickly. A great pool, well-groomed territory, I calmly let the children out into the yard. Excellent selection of evening music, you feel like in a stormy youth. There's a nice shop downstairs. The maids are very nice, caring, things were washed as I asked and hung up. Irakli is very responsive and likeable.
I take off the star only for the dining room. Although everything is new, it is not tasty and very monotonous. For the first time in my life, I tried borscht with the taste of water, however, all the shortcomings in the kitchen were voiced before me. You can feel the energy of saving. It will bring more losses. The Abkhazian cuisine is great, but there is one disappointment in this dining room. We stopped visiting her three days later. We ate in cafes, which did not disappoint us.

The hotel is new and modern. The owners are trying to equip the territory. There is a swimming pool, a children's play area, a trampoline, and a recreation area for adults. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is modern, there is a table and comfortable chairs on the balcony.
Now, actually, why 3 stars. The breakfasts and dinners included in the room rate, to put it mildly, are not very good, although judging by the reviews, many liked them. Breakfast is a standard set: 2 types of porridge, always rice and oatmeal, mini pancakes, eggs, omelette, pancakes and yesterday's!!! uneaten salads for dinner: cucumber- tomato and Peking cabbage, I can't name it any other way, because 80% of the salad is Peking cabbage :(There are a lot of side dishes for dinner, soups, meat in Abkhazian, rice with chicken, vegetables over-stewed so that a piece of eggplant cannot be distinguished from another vegetable, fried nuggets, fried semi-finished cutlets (this, I think, is not acceptable at all) and deep-fried chicken parts. Well, those same salads. There is no cafe from the coffee machine. The kitchen staff brewed and drank a completely different coffee in front of the guests. Fruits were caught once out of 10 days. I wanted healthier food, but not everything fried, overcooked, over-stewed.
In general, there is still something to work on, especially in terms of nutrition.

We had a rest at the hotel with our family and a cat. Everything was very good - the rooms were beautiful, clean, the pool was transparent (no one caught rotovirus), the food was delicious (but I would like fruit on the menu), there is a trampoline and a play area for children, the staff is great)
Irakli is a darling administrator, always asks how things are and if everything is okay.
The hotel also gave a chance to meet a wonderful bartender, Tito, who fell in love with himself during his vacation)) The staff gets along well with children and if you are conscientious vacationers there will be no problems, so it is better to follow the rules of the hotel.
We knew about the distance from the sea, we watched the video from the hotel how much and how to go, so we were ready, it was not a surprise for us.

The rest thanks to this hotel turned out better than ever in Abkhazia!
Young and developing, this year there was a swimming pool and another floor of the hotel, a lounge area with music, hookahs, cocktails and snacks. There was also a trampoline on the territory, parking, a children's area, and there is a shop on the side, it works late. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen next! I really want the hotel to continue to develop!
In the dining room, a smiling girl served us delicious food twice a day) There is enough choice, we could always find what would be to your taste: in the
morning - casserole, toast with egg or bacon, you can add cucumbers, sausage, sausages, there are porridges and even chocolate balls (ask in the kitchen what is for breakfast / lunch / dinner), coffee, cocoa, fruit drinks, tea, milk.
Dinner: meat in Abkhazian, cabbage rolls, soups, some kind of side dish (there were pasta, rice, potatoes), cutlets, fish fingers, salads, everything changes, the drinks are the same.
The human attitude of the staff, if there were any questions, we always solved them with the manager.
Possibility of washing, cleaning on request, change of towels.
There were scales at the hotel, they were able to weigh the luggage before departure. After climbing the mountains, we had super dirty sneakers, we were able to wash them right on the street, they showed us a water column.
In general, the hotel left a wonderful impression! Let's come back here next time.
What about the surroundings:
it's not difficult to reach the sea, it's gorgeous here, there are a lot of entertainment on the beach (bananas, catamarans, slides, saps, boats), there is a cafe.
You can go for a walk nearby to Pitsunda, take a taxi or wait for a minibus (suddenly you will be lucky) or walk (we reached the hotel in 40 minutes at a slow pace). From the bus stop next to the school, you can go to New Athos or Sukhum, if you do not want to take excursions.

The impression of Abkhazia largely depends on the quality of your hotel.
We were lucky - our hotel met expectations, anticipating them in some places.
New hotel, furniture, territory, swimming pool, friendly staff.
What I especially liked is that there is a generator (no power outages), Wi-Fi is fast, technically thought-out rooms - from the place of the air conditioner to the sockets, not everywhere like this, thank you! The air conditioner was cleaned with us - thank you for keeping an eye on the condition of the equipment. Excellent room facilities - TV, refrigerator,hair dryer, kettle, cups, tea, bottle of water for each person, a minimum set of hygiene products, 3 towels for each + a towel for feet, furniture in the same style, wardrobe with shelves and hangers, table, bedside tables - in general, it is convenient as at home! Room cleaning and linen change on demand or once every 5 days (we did not require it, we are clean as it is, this was an additional plus for us). Clothes are washed for a fee, 250 rubles for a full package, not used. The iron and ironing board are shared.
The two-room room is very convenient for a family - the first floor, a large veranda with a table and a clothes dryer. Children run around the territory on their own (of course, parents are watching and responsible for their children), a trampoline, a maze - there is a place to play.
In the middle there is a lounge area with cocktails and hookahs (for a fee, inexpensive, aperol 500 rubles).
Towels are provided for the pool, the cleanliness of the pool is carefully monitored.
Breakfast - omelets, porridges, casseroles, sausages - for every taste. I recommend taking vegetables and fruits with you.
Dinners - delicious noodle soup (generally there is a lot of meat in soups, thank you!), meat in Abkhazian. I would like to add a salad bar and steamed or boiled dishes, such as cutlets/meatballs, beef, pink salmon, chicken drumsticks, broccoli... For children's and dietary nutrition.
There are always a lot of children in the hotel, of different ages, but the usual quiet hour is not always observed - from 12 to 15 o'clock, sometimes music plays loudly (I like your style, modern).
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, the sea is beautiful, the beach is wide, pine trees. Shopping malls with fruits, alcohol, beach goods, many cafes, sightseeing spots.
In general, the first trip to Abkhazia was a success, the nature is beautiful, we did not have time to see all the beauties in 9 days, I want to return only to you, thank you for this vacation!

You can have a dog in this hotel! This criterion determined our choice of a vacation destination, because we traveled with a doggie.
The location is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach, which has a shower, a toilet, a shade from relict pines, and all the other delights for vacationers, and most importantly, a gorgeous sea!
The minimarket in the hotel building is open from 8 to 23 o'clock - it has the most necessary products, wine, local and Turkish delicacies.
The hotel has cozy, clean, spacious, stylish rooms. Cleaning every other day or on demand.
The price includes breakfast and dinner buffets with a fairly small selection, but quite tasty food.
There is a maze for kids, and a trampoline for older children. There is a swimming pool and a relaxation area under a canopy. The hotel management and all the staff are very friendly and respond quickly to any request. They improve and green the territory.
The aftertaste of a week—long stay at the Black sea hotel is like visiting pleasant friends.
I'm sure we'll come back again.

The price includes breakfast and dinner.Breakfast is normal, porridge is the same every day:rice, oatmeal.Pancakes, there were yesterday's ones too))Omelette, scrambled eggs and toast with bacon, herbs, and then I found out about them when I saw other guests.It was only at the end of the rest that the menu was put on (it was confusing!Boiled eggs, sausages, bread with sausage, and salads left over from dinner.Salads are also always the same:cucumber + tomato, cabbage.
I liked the coffee in the coffee machine, I drink a latte.
But not so much with dinners...(((the chicken is overcooked so much that it's in the throat, the vegetables are overcooked with a huge amount of spices, chicken sticks, cutlets from semi-finished products are also overcooked!Meat in Abkhazian is normal, pilaf with chicken for 3*. Soups (which I do not know, I did not take).And side dishes: pasta, buckwheat, potatoes.

The hotel was vacationing from July 30 to August 13. I would like to say thank you for a great vacation to the entire hotel team. The administrator Irakli always answered all questions and fulfilled all wishes. It can be noted that he constantly monitors the territory: mows the grass, keeps the pool clean and tidy, the water there is azure. Thanks to his responsible attitude, the rest was very comfortable. I would like to thank all the employees of the canteen for the delicious food. We practically don't eat soups at home, but here they are so delicious, I especially want to mention hashlama. There is a lot of food, you can choose any dish you like, the portions are large. There is coffee for every taste in the coffee machine.
All employees are attentive and friendly. Delicious cocktails can be purchased at the bar. The room itself is beautiful, large, everything is in it. But I conquered the rain shower, just gorgeous))). There was water and light all the time. The room was cleaned often and even when there were two days left before departure, the room was cleaned. The cleaning is done well, very clean, the linen is snow-white. How many times have we vacationed in Sochi, no one has cleaned so cleanly! The only drawback is the road near the crushed stone hotel and the balcony overlooks it, but I think when other hotels are built and the road is paved, everything will be fine. Walking cows with big bells can still interfere with someone, but they didn't bother us, they woke us up for breakfast)). It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Wi-Fi works well at the hotel. The sea is certainly incomparable: clear, azure, affectionate. Next year we will come here for a vacation!!!

The hotel is new, the rooms are modern, the shower is excellent, Wi-Fi is without complaints, the TV is large, Yandex TV, air conditioning is in the right place, the towels are white, this is where the positive ends.
The staff was not polite, warnings began immediately, which could not be done, a whole lecture with a small threat and a cash deposit of 5,000 rubles, all questions received not unambiguous answers, but some jokes that could not always be deciphered.
The road to the sea is without asphalt, dusty, there is a lot of garbage on the way that no one cleans, and in one place there is even a strong smell of carrion. It's not very pleasant.
The food in the hotel does not cost that much money, the idea of having a dining room in the hotel is excellent, but it does not work to bring it to mind. The dishes are too greasy and overcooked, heartburn tormented after these dinners. The breakfast is more or less decent.
The sea!!!! That's what there are no complaints about! It's perfect! The purest! But there are hotels much closer to it.
In general, the impression of Abkhazia is very beautiful nature, clean sea, but at the same time, not very hospitable people (although they position themselves as hospitable). Of the 10 Abkhazians I had to talk to, 8 were, to put it mildly, not friendly, but even rude. There is a lot of garbage that no one cleans up. Animals roaming the streets (dogs, cows, horses).

This is our first trip to Abkhazia. And our choice fell on the village of Ldzaa, the black sea hotel. Before that, we mostly went to Turkey with our children, we used to live in good hotels. Therefore, it was important for us to choose a comfortable hotel. And we were not disappointed. The room is great! Everything is new, modern, beautiful, comfortable! I really liked the area, there is a game maze under a canopy for children, a trampoline, a swimming pool, and a large canopy with benches and ottomans for adults. In the evening, children play together, and adults can sit and relax. The hotel continues to be improved, plants are being planted, and additional facilities are being installed. I think it will get even better over time.
There was no power outage, Wi-Fi is working well, a TV with Yandex TV is in the room.
The food is modest, but there is always something to eat. For breakfast: 2 porridges, pancakes, cheesecakes, sausages, eggs. For dinner: soups, meat, cutlets, nuggets, fries, and other side dishes. The only pity is that there are no sliced vegetables and no fruits. But it can be bought at every turn. It is convenient that there is a shop with everything you need in the hotel building.

We are currently resting at this hotel. What can I say:
one of the advantages is a brand new hotel, everything is clean, the bathroom is shiny, the beds / pillows are comfortable, the bed linen / towels are white. Everything changes and is cleaned on request. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV, hairdryer. A seating area on the balcony. There is a great swimming pool on site, a large trampoline and a maze for children. For adults, there is a relaxation area by the pool. A bar with drinks and hookahs is promised to open. It seems that we will not wait, we will leave already (( there is a store, the sea is just around the corner, but the road is dusty. The staff is very friendly, friendly and helpful.

All five days of rest we were sure that they were just making an omelet. But it turned out that you can ask for vegetables and cheese! But, the omelet is somehow not made with milk, tasteless. The fried eggs are too fried. Pancakes are not tasty at all, cheesecakes are dry. There are not enough fresh vegetables for breakfast, it's surprising that there are none, I had to take my own for breakfast. There is no cheese. There are fruits, but of an unpresentable kind. It's the same for dinner. Pilaf is not called pilaf, overcooked rice with chicken. French fries are burnt, nuggets are dry, cutlets are overcooked. There are no desserts at all! But there is a coffee machine that works in some kind of its own mode. Espresso pours a full mug, and coffee with milk 1/3 cup)) The children ate nothing but an omelette with sausage and balls of milk. If you do not plan to change the kitchen, then do not include meals in the room rate, it is not worth it. So as not to be tied to a monotonous kitchen. Several times we missed dinners, for the reasons mentioned above.
Well, in general, everything is very decent, it is clear that the hotel is being developed and improved.

I visited this hotel for the second time. I can say with confidence that everything has changed a lot for the better in a year. It's nice to see that an already great place has become even better in just a year. Everything is clean, beautiful and cozy. It has happened that laziness and fatigue after another excursion to the mountains forces you to stay at the hotel and there are all the conditions to relax properly.

- the territory is deserted and there are constant winds on the territory. If you leave the street of this hotel, there will be no wind;
- it's a long way to the sea and walk along a dusty road. You will have to walk along the carriageway, there is no footpath;
- breakfasts and dinners are of the same type. Burnt cheesecakes for breakfast. For dinner, burnt nuggets and cutlets, only the side dish was changed from vegetable stew to mashed potatoes. If you are not the first to come to dinner, then you will get leftovers, there is no fruit at all;
- upon check-in, you will be met by a maid, they will NOT tell you where everything is, they will not tell you Wi-Fi, you ask everything and find out for yourself;
- if you are sitting on the territory of the hotel and want to use the toilet, you will have to run to the room on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. It was difficult to run to the 4th floor every time. It is necessary to have a toilet in the recreation area.
The most disappointing thing was the distance from the sea, you can't go directly from the hotel, you need to go around on a dusty road, along which if a car passes, all the dust is on you and you can breathe it. And I was disappointed by the constant winds on the territory of the hotel.
Recommendation, choose hotels closer to the sea, we walked around and found a lot of hotels close to the sea and in the greenery, also with all amenities, comfortable beds and their own dining room on site. You can order anything you want, and not be tied to one tasteless food.

But the problem is the infantile administration and frankly bad cuisine. The quality of the products is low, the menu is monotonous - sausages, nuggets, meat balls in batter, overcooked chicken wings and cutlets semi-finished products are the basis of the menu. At the same time, the professional nuisance of the administration, lack of understanding of subordination, ignoring comments extends to the kitchen staff. After reasonable comments on the kitchen (see screenshots of the correspondence), a dismissive attitude began, to put it mildly. The kitchen staff snapped at the dishes, cutting down the choice, with the words "you don't have a buffet here" demonstrating the attitude - what do you want? They gave you something and eat it! And the administration is streaming this filth.

We had a rest from 6/07-13/07. The nature in Abkhazia is crazy, we were lucky with the weather - it was cloudy (not burned) and hot almost all the days, and the sea is very warm, even if you sit for an hour.
About the hotel:
1) he is quite young, the rooms are large, the air conditioning is located wisely - it does not blow on the bed. The room has a full-fledged refrigerator, kettle, cups, hair dryer, gel, liquid soap. The mattress is not sagging, a good pillow.
2) the territory is small, but the guys tried to provide everything - a small pool with sun beds in a circle, unfortunately without umbrellas or a common canopy, a bar, a trampoline, a children's playground.
There is practically no greenery-this is the payment for a new hotel.
3) The staff is friendly and helpful.
4) nutrition-it would be better not to have it-disappointment (((Or we would have already made some breakfasts, but good ones with vegetables, pastries, fruits.
May the cook forgive us-all the food comes from the word "thank you, you won't get poisoned."

A wonderful hotel! We chose based on reviews and did not make a mistake with the choice. We had a triple room on the 4th floor. The room has a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle, clothes dryer. The room is modern, spacious and clean. There is a private balcony with an anti-mosquito net on the door. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the hotel.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Ldzaa has the best beach in Abkhazia! Pitsunda pines, clean warm sea, pebble beach. We sunbathed right under the pines, so you don't have to take an umbrella!
The hotel has a swimming pool, a children's play area, a lounge area, and a barbecue. The water in the pool is always clear, the hotel administrator Irakli always monitors it very carefully, every day the pool is cleaned. Meals: breakfast and dinner. It is very tasty and satisfying! Distribution, not a buffet. You can order any food of your choice and as much as you want.
Rooms are cleaned regularly. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. Change of bed linen on request.
There is a shop with affordable prices right in the hotel building on the ground floor. Electricity is also periodically turned off in Ldzaa, but the hotel has a generator that immediately turns it on again.
The entire hotel staff is very friendly. Everyone tries to make vacationers feel comfortable. It is clear that the hotel is actively developing.
We just left recently, but we already miss you and want to come back again!

Incredible Abkhazia! The purest sea (and in Pitsunda the cleanest coast and water!!!), the gentle sun, relict pines, healthy air, mountains, fruits. And it's all a great vacation with children! But when you travel with children, it is extremely important that in addition to the sea and nature, there are normal (or better yet excellent) living conditions. Last year we had a rest in the new, newly built Black Sea Hotel. I highly recommend it!!! If we talk about excellent conditions, then it's these guys! Fresh renovation, clean, new plumbing, awesome mattresses on the bed, all conditions for a comfortable stay (refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioning). The hotel staff is always friendly and resolves any issue that arises, from ordering a taxi to the opportunity to celebrate a child's birthday. and soon the territory around the hotel will be improved, I suspect that the price tag for the room will grow. So far, the price is very competitive in comparison with the rest of the offers and even profitable, since for the same price you can enter some nearby hotel with a current toilet. The only drawback is periodic power outages, but this is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia. This hotel solved this problem this year by purchasing a generator.
This year we are planning a vacation in Abkhazia again and we want to live only in the Black Sea Hotel! Therefore, see you soon!

The building has 18 rooms, new, all Windows on one side facing the street, doors to the courtyard. Therefore, when you enter the room, a draft blows away if the balcony is open. The room is clean, a gorgeous shower-plenty of space if there is a rain shower besides the usual one. There is a cool pool in the yard. The dining room is on the 1st floor. More delicious food was expected for 8000+. For breakfast there are always pancakes, heavily toasted microfoils, 2 types of cereals, sausages, you can ask to make an omelet. There is no hot malt in the coffee machine. For dinner, pasta, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, over-fried nuggets, cutlets and something vegetable - stew, borscht, soup. There is a TV in the room, Yandex is working, there is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a conditioner, a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is a minimarket on the 1st floor. I liked that the hotel is in a silent alley, only cows are mooing and roosters are crowing. Helpful maids. I didn't like two things: a very cold floor, it's very cold to walk barefoot (it looks like granite) and mosquitoes fly in at night, regardless of the mosquito net, the child was bitten on his hands and feet. Overall a pleasant place.

We booked this hotel back in April, we were very worried, because we were traveling to Abkhazia for the first time. The check-in was on August 6 , we arrived at 10 a.m. The receptionist suggested that we leave our things and use all the services of the hotel: swimming pool, bar, you can order your own food. The check-in took place even earlier than the scheduled time, for which thank you very much! The whole stay was wonderful! The pool was clean, there was no question of any rotovirus, although they took a large first-aid kit.

A gorgeous hotel, we rested here from July 1 to July 20!
Large territory, two playgrounds, trampoline, swimming pool!!! Children have something to do) and for parents there is a chic bar where there are many cocktails, draft beer, ice cream, milkshakes, etc. children are delighted, adults too)))
The territory is closed, Parking is on site.
Separately, I would like to note the cozy and spacious rooms, very clean! There is always light and water! (In Abkhazia, the lights are often turned off, but everything is autonomous here!)
There is also a wonderful dining room, a coffee machine and compotes, everything is cool!
The staff is very helpful and friendly!

I would like to share my bad experience with this hotel.
Or rather, with rudeness, rudeness and humiliating attitude on the part of employees and management.
We arrived with 2 children, we couldn't find this hotel for a long time, because it is located in some kind of field, there is a solid construction site around and burnt grass like hay. The road to the sea, as many people write, is through soil and dust. And not 400 m as the hotel claims, but 1 km. The balconies of all rooms overlook this very road. Don't expect picturesque landscapes around. Cows are walking along the road and there are piles of them that spread a wonderful fragrance under the sun. The pool is an ordinary frame like in the country, just lined with wooden stairs. In the bar, the music is turned on to the fullest. Lovers of a quiet and relaxing holiday definitely pass by.
In general, we were disappointed when we arrived and told the administrator that we would not check in. Pre-paid for 2 days (21 thousand rubles). To which he began to respond arrogantly and rudely. I called the girl I was chatting with on WhatsApp and made the payment. She said either we pay extra for all the days, or our things will be taken out of the room! Is it normal at all? My 2 children and I, after 3 days on the road in a car from Yekaterinburg, were exposed to the street in the evening, hungry and tired. I am shocked by such a boorish, arrogant and inhuman attitude. Of course, the money was not returned to us and we were rudely kicked out of the hotel.
The girl was constantly changing her shoes, then she is the hostess, then she is the manager and does not decide anything. The deception is solid.
There is no customer orientation.
I wish you to learn how to communicate with people since you work in such a field and maybe life will turn out differently. Karma has not been canceled yet.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days, we really liked everything, we wanted to stay more, but unfortunately, the places are being dismantled like hot cakes. The staff is polite and hospitable. Special thanks to the administrator Irakli and the girl chefs;). We never went hungry, the food was delicious, homemade, quite varied, and there were semi-finished products, but do not like it, do not take it, my son ate nuggets with pleasure, and we appreciated the meat in Abkhazian, even took a recipe). And what delicious boats they cook ... mmmm ... they didn't eat tastier even in good restaurants in Moscow. It is important that we were allowed in with a Labrador, which is rare for such a level of hotels. In general, we put a solid 5. Thank you very much! Develop and gain momentum! Good luck! There would be more such hotels on the Black Sea coast.

The food is not a buffet in Turkey, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Breakfast: porridges, omelets, casseroles, pancakes, cereals, toasts.
Dinners: three types of soup, meat dishes, side dishes, salad. Juices, compotes, coffee, tea, cocoa. The chefs are trying hard - it is also visible.
The territory is cozy, swimming pool, trampoline. I sincerely recommend it for holidays with children.
The bar is wonderful, the cocktails are cool, the children loved dairy, pizza and French fries.
