The service, of course, is also lame, and most of all we were surprised by the wet chairs at the tables to the left of the entrance and behind the main entrance, some kind of nightmare, there was only one dry chair. It's banal there is no toilet and even a sink to wash your hands, you need to go up to the 3rd floor of the department store, but the problem is that the entrance to the third floor from the side of the institution was blocked, and across the street to go into the cold, when I already took off my outerwear, too, somehow not very.

As a result , I took milk with ice for 6 rubles , it 's just terrible !!

Сегодня зашли с подругой в эту кофейню и были очень разочарованы уровнем обслуживания. Бариста весело беседовала со своей подругой или знакомой. Вошли, никакого внимания на нас, продолжают беседовать, мы смотрим меню, кондитерские изделия, потом заказываем капучино. Получаем отвратительный холодный напиток, разбавленный водой до неприличия.
Пытаюсь сказать, что напиток холодной, но тут же в агрессивной форме получаю ответ: " Он не должен быть горячим" и саркастический смех в нашу сторону и какие-то коментарии.... Я всё уже видела в этой жизни, но такое поведение и качество услуги --первый раз! Просто были шокированы.
Совершенно мерзкое обслуживание.
Вот так кофейня, если можно сказать, в центре Гомеля.

Обслуживание на нуле! Захожу второй раз и больше пожалуй туда ни ногой! Персонал не о чем. Называется заплати деньги и сделать себе кофе сама. Мы только кнопочку на кофе машине нажмемь для вас, так уж и быть))) А сахар, корицу вы ищите у нас на местности и крышечку по диаметру стаканчика сами себе подберите! Я просто в шоке! И это заведение еще в центре города! Ребята, стыдно за вас!
