Sometimes I visit Vitebsk and go to the local halls. There's a big room here. There are a lot of simulators, and this is more of a minus than a plus. Why? A few rows, and objectively it becomes too narrow. I would play with the placement. It is especially felt when there are a lot of people. I was here for the first time, before that I went to Brooklyn all the time to see construction workers, before the atom opened there. The hood is not working well, although I was assured that everything is working well. The air is stale. This was not felt by the builders. The problem with the showers has moved here too. The pressure is weak, the fungus is in place. Still, this is unacceptable in a club that considers itself a top club in Vitebsk.
A good gym, one of the advantages:
1. The cardio zone is separate from the power one.
2. Large changing room, comfortable showers and toilet.
3. A spacious gym with exercise equipment (of which there are many, just like various handles and shells), a wide dumbbell row.
4. There are air conditioners and drinking water, a buzz.
5. A bunch of shelves where you can put your bottle and phone.
6. Friendly reception staff who are ready to help (thanks just for solving the issue with my club card).
7. A democratic price tag for such conditions.
I didn't go there on weekdays evenings, so I can't tell by the workload, but on weekends and before lunch everything is pretty free, there is enough space.
They wrote here about coach Maxim that he was bad, but I really liked him, especially considering his experience (more than 20 years) and my age (about 50 years). I lived in Minsk for work, I studied with a coach there, in Borisov, then I ended up in Vitebsk. I don't want to say that Minsk and Borisov have bad coaches, but I have someone to compare them with. Brooklyn is a good gym, and Maxim is the BEST trainer. He took into account all my "sores", directed me in the right direction on nutrition, in total, I lost 7 kg in 3 months. He trains several people at once, but he manages to pay attention to everyone, very competently and taking into account all the rules of "client-coach" communication.
