The store visually looks decent, the assortment is large, the quality of the clothes is good, the staff is polite. That was the end of the positive aspects... As we have already written in the reviews, they greet the client as a dear guest, attach managers who accompany them throughout their presence in the store. Behind this, I must say, lies the psychological processing and psychological "reading" of the client. They evaluate how the client reacts to certain things, as well as how he reacts and behaves to compliments and vaping. We found ourselves in this store with my wife as part of a shopping trip arranged by a guide. It is positioned as a "run through the store" and then they will be taken to Antalya mall. Like nothing and no one is forced to buy anything here... BUT.. this event is arranged individually, and professional breeders (they are also managers) work in the store and it is difficult for an ignorant person to get out of there, because the sellers behave too intrusively and will not just leave. As soon as a customer shows interest in an item, they are forced to try it on five times and try on a bunch more similar items of inferior quality for comparison. As soon as the client is processed and the goals are clear, the managers seat him (or them) on upholstered sofas and the bidding begins. For understanding, the price tags indicate the price for European imports (they are positioned that they cannot put another one, although horseradish knows why). For example, a cashmere coat, which my beloved wife really liked, costs $ 3,200 at the price tag. And so on... the seller indicates his bid price, in our case it was $800, so how is the bidding going on in the market. This happens as follows...the manager gradually discounts up to a certain amount and informs you that he must coordinate a large discount with the boss. After 2 minutes, the boss type comes in and they act out a certain scene, a la subordinate persuades the boss to increase the discount. Krch, then the "boss" is haggling, and when the haggling reaches a dead end (in our case, he stepped on 45 t. p.))), another horseradish appears, who behaves like the owner of the store. In general, after an hour of gatherings (fortunately, my wife is beloved and she really wanted a coat for a long time) we bought a coat for 380 dollars (32 Russian rubles). In Russia, a similar coat, for example, costs from 45 tr., so everything was fine with us and, most importantly!, my wife is happy. We could have chatted with them for another half hour and traded 3-5 rubles, but we were already tired. I didn't have to go to Antalya Mall for sneakers anymore)) At the hotel, remembering about the tax free, we found that there was no receipt (except for the bank receipt in the application, but it does not work), we turned to the guide for help and soon the store director contacted us and began to sell that such a receipt is given only for purchases at the price on the price tag. In general, rather than waste time on it, we spat and gave up on tax free. For information, the tax in Turkey is 10%, 3-5 of which will be collected by the operator making the refund. At the airport, at our check-in desks, we were met by some churchkhela with a sign where, in addition to ours, there were also 5 surnames. We also scored on churchkhela) and did not approach. if they had, they would have told us about the need to declare or something else, and the store would have refunded the tax for us. By the way, at no inspection were we even asked to open the package or asked if we had any purchases in Turkey.
Basically, the things in the store are really good quality, but all the joy of buying is spoiled by this divorce and deception.

Well, okay, there are probably a lot of different requests from customers. Then maybe we've gathered some general information. How far he was from the true intentions of the store representative. We drank coffee and tea, went to watch the models. On the very first (!!!) our manager literally moved into the coat model and "oh, how it goes, this model is exclusive, I'm going to find out the maximum discount now", it all reminded me of the 90s of the last century, the beginning of capitalism in Russia, and it's easier to "train the client", so I had to show determination and return such an exclusive back and demand to finish our a meeting. That's where we broke up. And the departure from the store is already on the other side of the building, where the landscape resembles a construction site in a village and dust is blowing. That's the whole gloss over - you've spent your money, or you haven't spent it, we're no longer interested in you and you're going home from the back door. Tin !

Get a free transfer to the Mall from the hotel guide.We were brought to this store first, a girl came out to meet us... we explained without getting out of the car that we did not need furs and leather, we were promised a Mall.The door closes, we are driven around the building, like a back entrance, to the very construction site....5 Turkish men come out, one of the greyhounds opens our door and says, "You're getting out now and going back to the hotel," they drop us off and transfer us to another car.The driver doesn't speak a word of Russian, we are trying to communicate with him using an interpreter on the phone and ask him to stop or take us to another shopping center, we will pay him money.He tells us, "I can't, there's a tracking device in the car, I'll be fined."This is the real mafia!!All the drivers are specially selected without knowledge of Russian.....so 2 hours of our lives have passed.The mafia is clean!We probably got off easy.And there was also a moment when we were leaving the hotel, the local male employees asked where we were going?and they say you will be taken to fur coats and forced to take out a loan!Don't go there!And we are naive and fell for it
