- clean (the girls try very hard and constantly clean)

It's quite a decent room. A large selection of drinks, sandwiches, all kinds of sweets. The staff was very quiet and friendly. Only the chicken sandwiches are dry.

The business hall is very good.
There were two types of soup (chicken and pumpkin), two salads, several types of desserts, snacks and sandwiches, pizza, yoghurts, juices, soda (cola, sprite, Fanta), vending machines, tea, fruits. Yes, there are no second courses, but we ate well. Everything that was running out was replenished very quickly by the staff. There were plenty of empty seats, and I even managed to sleep on comfortable sun beds. Everything is clean. The staff is polite. The hall itself is divided into two mirrored parts, that is, two kitchens, two toilets, etc., the hall is quite spacious. After three hours, no one kicked us out, we were a little late, waiting for our flight.
There are only positive impressions from the hall.
We stayed on January 21, Tuesday, at 4 p.m., and it's probably more crowded on weekends and holidays.
It turned out to be most profitable for us to take passes through Tinkoff premium - 2000 rubles., It was 100% worth it. I recommend

I visit business halls in many countries. This one left the worst impression. It happened twice in a year: August and December 2024. If the drinks were easy in August (I only drank dry champagne, but I also had cognac!) This time there was a complete disaster with drinks: sweet champagne, half a bottle of liqueur; half a bottle of gin and beer. Wine by zeros. Cognac by zeros. There are two types of pies to eat: ham + cheese and with cheese made from dry dough. Cakes in mica. Apples. Coffee. A small pile of crackers remained from the soup. When they asked the staff to bring at least a salad, the young lady brought it and said: ".. I won't bring anything else until 24 hours!" (The time was about 20 hours). And she brought one bottle of cognac, which was bottled in 2 minutes! That's it! Sad and unpleasant! I leave 2 photos of sadness!

My expectation is to get drunk. There were great local cognacs and pivas Ararat (it ran out quickly and was not replenished) and other drinks. I ate some nuts. I am pleased with the smoking room and the overview of the gate. There are no napkins in the toilet and it is clogged. I did not find any rudeness or strange behavior on the part of the staff.

When you are with two children and your OVERNIGHT flight is delayed, then this is just a super place with a convenient elevator directly to the dutik and an overview of your gate (if we are lucky, we are lucky).
But objectively, there is a five for alcohol (a good brut in the photo), a three for food with a stretch.
Chicken soup is straight liquid. There are no salads. Sad sandwiches on plastic bread. Well, the pies are more or less. The children were happy with chocolate balls and milk and soda. You can't bite off green apples...

After reading the bad reviews, it was scary to go. But! I can't believe it turned out to be one of the best business halls I've ever been to. It was very quiet, there was enough food, and there was a delicious chicken salad. I was also pleased with the large selection of various sandwiches and snacks. Baking is also excellent. There are also soups and pizzas. Lots of soft drinks (sprite, cola, fanta). The choice of alcohol is good. Very tasty wine! I recommend everyone to visit this business lounge.

One of the best business halls in the world. Small, but comfortable. There is even a smoking room. The food is normal, there is a large selection of alcohol and drinks. It used to be even more cozy, but the flow of people increased, all the comfort was removed, and cafe tables were set up. Zvartnots has become an international hub.

Disgusting service. Rude service. Abuse of authority.
I had to go to the BZ at midnight for 3 hours, before departure (departure was at 8.00), I planned to stay no more than 3 hours - however, the staff charged me 3 passes. They rudely said that if something doesn't suit you, go to the common area.
The soup tureens are empty and cannot be refilled.
The only thing that is normal here is the choice of strong alcohol.

It seems to be normal, but the choice of food is not great. And chicken soup with rice 🤦♀️ Just make chicken soup and rice separately. Whoever wants to eat it will put it in the soup.
And a microwave is needed. We were with the baby's food, it was impossible to warm it up. There are toasts with cheese and ham, they could also be heated.

I can't understand how people put more than the 1st star, if it were possible to put 0, it would be a good rating for this dump. I often fly through this BZ, the situation is always the same. There is no food, what there is is a maximum of snacks and drinks. If you're going for your money, it's better to avoid the place.

Their rules are completely different from those in other businesses, if you are extorted money for 6 hours (2 passes) before departure for more than 3 hours. The staff hears only themselves, interprets what is written only in their own direction, they threaten to call the police!

Terrible business room! It's dirty, the kitchen is disgusting. The staff is a complete boor! Instead of helping with the qr code, which did not work due to some mistake, they laughed arrogantly and said that it was already used. Do you take people for idiots at all?!

Overall, a good business lounge. Everything is edible, there is enough of everything, there is a place to lie down. There are some strange bathrooms combined with shower stalls. It may be convenient for someone, but the showers are not the freshest, although they are generally clean, and you can see that they are being cleaned.

Today, 08/25/2024 at 03:56 I came to the Converse Bank Business Lounge. Presented an active and paid order in the Every Lounge app.
An employee of the Ani Business Lounge (123 - - - 7 )
She refused to let me in because my flight has a departure time of 08:00.
When asked to provide the rules of the business lounge or another document confirming that entry to the business lounge is possible only 3 hours before departure, Ani refused me and called security. (There was no information about this on the airport's official website
https://zvartnots.aero/RU/Content/BusinessLounge).
The guards behaved inappropriately, the staff were rude and cursed (they even tore up a piece of paper with an email that an employee of the business hall tried to give me) - they scared me and my companion very much. After the arrival of the police officer, who carefully investigated the situation, we were allowed into the business lounge.
I believe that the rules described on the leaflet before entering the hall (which do not have a number, date, seal, or signature of the responsible person) contradict the terms of the partners and mislead their customers.

The staff is unfriendly, they prefer to gather in twos and threes and communicate with each other. When you address them, they don't turn around.
The hall is stuffy and hot, I asked several times to turn on the ventilation and / or air conditioning. - zero reaction.
As a result, I left the paid business lounge for the general departure lounge, a child who hasn't had enough sleep is yelling here, but in general you feel more comfortable than in the business lounge

This is the most inhospitable hall out of more than 200 I have seen. The staff is not happy with you, they live their own lives. They shout loudly at 3 a.m., rattle dishes, they don't care if someone decided to take a nap. But there are no alternatives to this hall. A piano was set up in the common room for gifted locals and guests of Yerevan, and every parent considers it his duty to bring the child to the instrument. Taking into account the acoustics, it is impossible to stay in the hall. You just go crazy from the constant cacophony.
