I work for a company that rents premises in this business center. Rent depends on the area of the room, and they are different. Positive: Two elevators, air-conditioned in summer. At the entrance, security will answer questions. A conscientiously working cleaner, sweeps, washes, + whitens, paints. The caretaker - he will change the lamp, repair the lock in the door, and he will fix the plumbing, for all problems to him. Cons: the premises are rented without thinking about the inconsistency of the neighborhood, i.e. on one floor, schoolchildren are screaming not only at recess, but also screaming during the lesson, which greatly interferes with the work of others, or an online store whose consultants do not work in their office, but wander around the whole floor with a phone and loudly advertise their products, on comments do not respond...it is not possible to concentrate in such conditions. The BC administration does not respond to requests and complaints from tenants, the air conditioners do not work, they were sweating in the heat, many people have repeatedly applied, but have not achieved anything.
