For the first and last time I contacted this bureau :( The prices are standard, but THE QUALITY OF SERVICE is terrible. The order was made remotely with payment to a bank card, respectively - all communication took place by e-mail. I had to send 3-4 letters each with a request to confirm receipt of funds and transfer the transfer. Silence. Is it really so difficult to answer the client? It's better not to call on the phone at all... What is worth only the phrase of a certain manager Anna: "... I said in fifteen minutes!!! Goodbye!!! beeps...." Dear Anna, this is not how they communicate with customers. As a result, I received the transfer only by the end of the working day. :(
