The best cafe among the many around. The price tag is slightly lower, the quality of the products is excellent, the staff is polite and unobtrusive, unlike the neighbors. I recommend trying the pistachio lula - fistikli kebap, for those who like it sharper - adana kebap. Guests will receive a compliment after the main dishes: tea or coffee with dessert.
Payment by card or cash.
I've been coming here since 2020, the place keeps its brand.

A very good cafe, with a claim to a restaurant. Everything is expensive, as well as in many places in Istanbul. Excellent, fast and courteous service. Always a present, that would brighten up the waiting for the order. By the way, they are quickly shot, high-quality and tasty. I liked everything, please note there is an additional fee, in the receipt, for servicing 10% of the receipt.

Incredibly tasty and interesting.
Many restaurants are relaxing compared to these cafes. An incredible kebab for every taste, pepper, garlic, vegetables, pistachios. The tortillas are incredible! A must-visit!

We had lunch at this place on the first day of arrival in the city! And then, after visiting other places, we returned to Bitlisli anyway! Excellent cafe, delicious food, polite staff. Price = quality. Lavash with traditional snacks is served as a compliment. I recommend this place!

A restaurant with excellent cuisine. I liked everything we took: kebab with garlic, pide with meat and tea. Before the main course, snacks were brought: wonderful tortillas and hot sauce, similar to our adjika. The service is fast, friendly waiters. There is Wi-Fi. At the end, they treat you to lollipops. We are very glad that we accidentally entered this restaurant, the portions are large, we ate to the brim! The price tag is average, for the European part of the city it is quite adequate, but there is a service fee of 15% on top. The toilet is clean. Thanks! It's a great place.
You can be on a closed veranda with heating, or sit a little deeper inside. The staff are friendly, not intrusive, but they also do not forget about the guests. Payment by card/cash. As soon as we sat down at the table, we brought snacks and bread (free of charge).
We took pomegranate juice (180 ₺), mixed kebab for 1 person (700 ₺), dolma (250₺), eggplant puree (280₺). We had a good meal for two, we didn't overeat.A 10% service fee is added to the receipt. We were treated to tea for free, twice.

Waiters do not communicate well with customers.
They forgot to bring what we ordered because they didn't write it down.
They brought the ayran, which we did not order, and included its cost in the receipt.
Dessert was cooked for an hour.
Large tips are included in the receipt.

It's a very good place! You just need to turn off the tourist street and you are there! The food is very tasty. We will return here again in 2 years. It's still delicious. The nicest place in Sirkeci/Hocapasa, when I say the soup is very tasty, the spicy lahmacun is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, very good Pistachio kebab and adana kebab are great, and I like the pumpkin dessert soft, they served it with nuts and tahini, I liked it very much. A wonderful cafe. There are a lot of places where you can have a snack in this area, but this cafe stands out from the general mass. Delicious food, excellent service and attentive attitude to the guests. I found a restaurant based on reviews, I'm sitting in it now, waiting for my food. So far, I can only say that I was pleased with the prices, not sky-high. The menu is clear, duplicated in English. I eat lamb kebab served with hot pepper, herbs, sauce, baked onions and plain, lemon, radish and, of course, two types of pita bread. Very tasty. I definitely like the place. There are no disadvantages.

Very tasty cafe! Well served! Local people always sat inside and ate food, for me this is a sign that it is delicious here and the cafe is not tourist, so there is no extra charge. I recommend kebabs, baklava with dondurma, rice pudding, grilled lamb.

For your money, the food is good, but not excellent, tea is topped up for free. We chose the restaurant based on reviews, it was generally not bad, but the impression was spoiled by the way the waiter tried to communicate with us. Gazprombank's Union Pay card was not accepted, he wanted to give the change from dollars in lira. He owed 450 lire, brought 70 lire.

A wonderful cafe with friendly staff and very tasty meat (kebabs) and baklava with ice cream (dondurma) which is sold on a warm plate with a layer of ice cream in the middle of the baklava.
