Some disadvantages.I haven't been here for 2 months. The girls who served are already different. It looks like the rules have changed too. They took it to take away, they did not warm us up, they told those who do not warm up for takeaway. There was no time to argue. What happened?????? The mashed potatoes are sour, the pilaf is also not clear. I always recommended this cafe to everyone, which is on the second floor. We were disappointed right away. I do not recommend it!!! They have completely deteriorated. It used to be the number one cafe. Now they have completely forgotten about it, but Yandex decided to remind them. The food went bad, the service was always at zero. It was only because of the fried dumplings that they went, the deniers, tolerated the arrogant look of the waitresses, always laughing, busy with anything but service.
The last straw was when the whole family came and the order was carried to us for an hour and a half. Although there were only three tables occupied in the hall, three of them were with us!!! And one of the tables was brought a denier before us, although they came later than us. They messed up the campaign and gave our money to them.
I also want to say a lot about food. Fries are dry, fried in old oil, denery with some streaks, do not chew. The grilled vegetables were so raw that it was possible, in principle, not to bother, but to cut them and serve them immediately.
All these dishes were ordered on different days. That's why we finally exhausted our trust and stopped going there. And our friends, too, who were also regular customers.
I'm not a competitor, if the number is displayed, you can call, I'll tell you the same thing. It's just a shame that there was such a good place near the house, and there is... but it got so bad. I really hope to hear positive feedback again and if suddenly we decide to visit our beloved oil center, then we will have a delicious meal there and we will be met by at least attentive staff.
I really didn't want to leave this review, but I hope that the administration will read and take action.

Great place. It always turns out to eat from the heart!!! In the morning after the plane landed, a couple of times colleagues brought in for breakfast. And in the evening we stop in front of the hotel to eat. I recommend it!

I have been to the BISTRO more than once, among the disadvantages it can be noted that the admins are rude, always on the phones, the same advertisement is playing. At least they would include music sometimes. It's dirty!
