We were in the restaurant twice, the first time they brought us the menu and everything was as it should be. The second time we waited for the menu for 20 minutes, we thought maybe we didn't understand something and there was another system, although the waiter girl was on the terrace, but she didn't seem to look around. There are no comments on the food, everything was delicious. What surprised me was the cleanliness of the restroom. The bathroom is dirty, there is an unpleasant smell, for the first time the cleaning schedule was hung for the day before yesterday, for the second time yesterday, although in both cases we were in the institution in the evening.
My suggestions are to deploy the back waiters on the flight terrace, which opens in the evening, so that the waiter has an overview of the entire hall, it is terribly ugly and wrong to stand with his back to the guests, I also suggest training the service staff, and of course, to keep the restrooms clean.
If we had come to a bistro where beer is poured into plastic cups, then I would have understood everything, but it seems to me that the institution positions itself on a different, higher level.

We decided to try to order at the bar, it didn't work out there either, as we were dealing with another visitor. After 10 minutes, a waiter came up to us to offer a menu, but we had already looked at the digital version and decided, the menu was abandoned. The waiter didn't come back, and we left hungry. Everything can be understood, there could be a problem or the waiter himself could be busy. However, this was not the case, as there was no flow of visitors or a flurry of orders from those who were already sitting. As a result, we are hungry and angry, waiting time is wasted. 2 stars purely for the interior.
