Polite staff, renovation and cozy clean rooms.
The cleaning is good. The rooms are equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, slippers, towel, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe, TV. There was no access to the antenna at the time of our vacation, but there was Internet access: you can watch YouTube or Netflix.
There is soap, shampoo and shower gel, but if you run out, you need to ask at the reception.
Shaving and dental kits, bathrobes will be provided free of charge, but upon request at the reception.
The rooms have excellent audibility, it's worth bearing in mind.
There is a parking lot very close by - cars are buzzing.
It was autumn - the batteries were hot, but they can be adjusted.
There is a small library.
There is a conference room, a small cozy restaurant.
There are two people on duty at the reception, so they will help you at any time of the day and come to your room if necessary.
I recommend.

The four of us came to you from Moscow for the new year, checked into 104 rooms, liked everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, added chairs to us, cleaned every day, also supplied fresh water, helped us find an excursion to the hot springs, suggested where to eat and where to change money, told us about the city and the sights!
The hotel has a comfortable smoking room. Beer mugs were borrowed from the restaurant in the same building. Breakfast was for four, let down the tired cucumbers in the salad, the rest was delicious, we tried all 4 breakfast options. The furniture is almost new, everything is practical and comfortable. The TV supports USB movies, about a hundred channels, including adult :Sometimes people can be heard outside the window or from behind the wall, but the volume is acceptable. It's a little stuffy, the windows don't have enough opening up to ventilate. There is a safe, free Wi-Fi too. The transfer was not used. There is a non-working lamp in the room (one of 5), which is not critical. There's a hair dryer in the bathroom, and there's a one-size-fits-all. There were slippers, but no dressing gowns. Toilet and bidet approx. The refrigerator is small and noisy. There is an air conditioner, but it was not used.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the city center, lots of food, malls and a theater. The rooms are nice and clean. The only disadvantage is the ventilation in the toilet, which turns on automatically.. It's very cold to get out of the shower.. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly.

The location is very good. In a quiet location, but literally walk 300 meters and you are close to shopping centers. The rooms are normal. The hotel is located in a beautiful high-rise building with a restaurant where they have breakfast, and in the evening they give a 20% discount to those staying at the hotel. European cuisine, wine. A great hotel for your money. Ideal for a business trip, conveniently located in the center. The room is comfortable, everything is clean. The staff is very polite. A decent hotel in the center of Bishkek, near many restaurants and a shopping center, near the central street with an alley for walking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, eats everything you need, if not, they will bring it for free. There is a corner for luggage storage, I didn't see Parking for cars, but there is always a place nearby.

We stayed at this hotel in May.
We agreed on everything back in Moscow, via WhatsApp!
We arrived early, ordered a transfer through the hotel. We were met, taken and checked in early in the morning, thank you for going to the meeting for a small surcharge.
The room is large and cozy. Wi-fi and TV are on site! The bathroom is big too.
Located near the center, convenient to get to.
The staff is friendly.
The breakfasts are very tasty, to choose from.
The return transfer was also taken at the hotel.
We were satisfied!

Guys, for a hotel in the center of Bishkek, there is a cannon hotel. At a fairly low price (although we booked two 3+ 2 rooms, and we were given 3 + 3, for the price of 3 + 2) with a discount, the room level is very decent, plus everything is within walking distance, plus a decent kitchen (for breakfast), plus an evening tasting, however, not Kyrgyz, but French wines, and a free transfer to the airport at night, highly recommended

We stayed for one night. We checked in earlier than expected, thank you so much for this and for the included transfer! The location is great.
At first glance, everything is fine and beautiful inside, but in a short time of stay, some jambs in the bathroom opened (something needs to be repaired), some flaws with the light, bathrobes and other things need to be asked... It seems like a trifle, but spoils the impression.

The location of the fire: there are two large shopping malls nearby and the very center of the city can be reached on foot in a short time.
The room is large and clean, towels, shower gel, shampoo, slippers are available. There is a fridge and a kettle. I booked in advance - because the price turned out to be very interesting. Breakfast is not included in the price, but you can pay an additional 310 soms and there will be 5 different breakfast options to choose from.
The staff is polite, courteous and ready to help with any issues.

The hotel is in the city center, a minute from the Dodoy Plata shopping center, not expensive. The room is nice, accessories on request. It's a little dark in the room in the evenings. We have often stayed here! And all our friends from the big suppliers from WB recommend this hotel! It's clear! Cozy! Delicious cuisine!
But tomorrow we have a flight, and our room near the restaurant is at 01:00, the music is pounding and jumping so that the beds are shaking.
I went to the reception and the manager answered me like this.
- we can't calm them down, it's the Owners walking. Please approach them yourself.
On the offer to move us to another room where you can't hear this horror, because we just go to sleep peacefully!
We were refused and told they had the whole hotel booked.
"Host" if you're having a party, call all the guests and warn them in advance!
Because rest and sleep are more important for us!!!

Positive:
- excellent location of the hotel, the very center. Large room size, new unfurnished furniture
Cons:
- the plumbing was in poor condition, there was no lid on the toilet drain button;
- the cost does not match the quality of the room
- you can hear right loud what's going on in the next room
- dirty glasses in the bathroom
- the staff at the check out could not calculate the room rate along with breakfast for a long time
- not all breakfast options were available, those that were of terrible quality, not tasty. We cooked breakfast for 40 minutes!!! There was one waiter who did not have time to do anything and put the food on the plates himself with dirty hands. They forgot to bring tea. I regretted that I went to breakfast, and not to the cafe next door.

All the shortcomings of the number fade against the background of the attitude and efficiency of the staff. I arrived early in the morning, at 5:30 I call, I ask the room to sleep for 3 hours before 9:00. They found it right away, gave it for a partial price (I called the rest of the hotels - the price for 3 hours as for a full day). I stopped by, took 1.5 minutes, and slept. Thanks to the staff and management.
PS: the standard room is quite spacious, 18 squares

Everything is just great. as it is written in the advertisement, so it is in reality. The prices are all current. Transfer from and to the airport. The kitchen at the hotel is delicious and very affordable, even if you are not a guest, you can always come in and eat. The staff is responsive and always comes to the rescue (from iron to needle). The rooms are very clean and everything is European. I definitely recommend it. The hotel is in the city center, everything is at hand, the bank for exchange is opposite.

A small but cozy hotel. The price corresponds to the quality. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable. There are breakfasts, 3 or 4 complex ones to choose from (not a buffet).
Among the disadvantages, the TV is too small, by default there is one blanket for two.
