I filled my Mac computer with water, cleaned and repaired it in a day. Throughout the repair, we kept in touch and talked about how things were going with the repair of the device. 10/10 maintenance and repair! I advise everyone.
In short: I paid for the replacement of the display with an origa, and they supplied a defective copy (they told me about the copy later), and they also supplied the cheapest Chinese glass (I found out this in another service)

Just terrible service! I rarely write reviews, and even negative ones. But the situation is just surreal. I applied for a complete replacement of the screen with the original one (display, glass, etc.)
Everything was set up, everything seemed to be fine at first. The next day I realized that the frames had become much thicker and it turns out there is a stain. I complained, they said we would change it another day and tried to tell me that such a framework was due to some kind of revision, although another service denied this and said it was just cheap China.
I came to their trail. a day later, he demanded a refund for improper quality. The service was refused due to an autopsy in another location.
I agree, my joint. But I demanded a refund not because of the guarantee, but because of the provision of a service other than the agreed one. (It was the ORIGINAL that was required, CHINA supplied)

On 6.01.2025, I brought my iPhone for repair to replace the battery. when communicating with the engineer, the repair time with the replacement of the controller was 3 hours. after this time, I returned to pick up the phone, but it was not ready, to which I was told that the repair time was increased by 1 hour. I went home and told them that they should bring my phone home in such a situation. They agreed to this, but after another 2 hours, no one called. I dialed them and asked where my phone was , to which the girl said in a haughty voice that they were sending it by courier now , although they did not know the address .
the service's attitude to customers is not much worse, communication is the same, the quality of service is not even 1 percent. Piggish attitude . The 21st century is in the yard , and they can 't call and say that repairs are delayed !
I don 't advise anyone to go there !
There was a "disaster" with Apple TV, and after calling a dozen different companies in Minsk, where the repair of these "apple" consoles was listed, and everywhere the answer was "no, we are not repairing" there was no hope... And so, completely desperate, they called BePrime (by the way, there was no mention in the portfolio that Apple TV consoles were being repaired) - but then they listened, clarified and said - bring it. I am writing a great review about using this service for 3 years. Initially, it seems that the service is really decent, however, I fixed the same phone there, first they changed the motherboard, a little later the display. The phone did not beat, did not fall, and nothing happened to it mechanically. And so, less than a year after replacing the motherboard with this service, the phone just stupidly went out when it was picked up and only unlocked. Well, this phone had been lying for a year, it was forgotten and hands no longer reached it. Now we decided to sell, because another one was bought a long time ago, but before the sale we decided to take it for diagnosis....And according to the diagnostic results, they said that the replacement of the processor (which is actually directly connected to the board, which they just touched). The question of the reasons is a strong physical impact (fall / blow, etc.). As a result, my advice to you based on 3 years of treatment: if you have the latest iPhone of new models, spare your nerves, time and most importantly your WALLET. Because this service cannot apparently cope with any complex repairs, in addition to replacing the battery.

We agreed on the battery option, explained that after replacement, a "Part unknown" warning will appear in the settings, and advised updating iOS to display the percentage of capacity. I left my phone and went to drink coffee. I returned an hour and a half later and the device is ready. The best part: they gave away the old battery, that is, it is clear that the part was really changed, and not "twisted cycles". The phone was opened carefully: the protective glass is intact, the case is smooth, there are no signs of picking. In short, quickly, honestly and without unnecessary conversations. If something else breaks, I know where to go.

I applied to replace the glass with an iPhone 11. They promised to glue it professionally, they said only a specialist would notice the replacement.
The screen was re-glued and returned by courier the next evening, as a result, there were stains on the screen and the lower part of the screen was poorly glued (when pressed, it bounced a few millimeters). I had to go back to return.
The next day they call back, they say:
- yes, the glass was really not glued, we will glue it! and the stains are probably from the installation, we will glue a protective glass to you and they will disappear.
This was said by EXPERTS in their field, obviously knowing their joint!
As a result, after these procedures with glued glass, the sensor stopped working correctly, and in the place where the screen was glued, it protrudes by several millimeters, it is very noticeable in the case.
What was I told :
This is not the original glass and it is thicker in this place, if you want the original one, you need to order it costs 500 rubles, which NO ONE initially told me and that the sensor would work correctly, too, no one said!

I do not advise you to contact, divorce, the sensor stopped working (presumably due to moisture), during disassembly they said that everything was very bad inside and the screen was only for replacement, and when it was removed, stripes went over it. I paid for preventive cleaning after water ingress (80 rubles). They offered to buy the phone, but we refused. A couple of days later I found a workshop where replacing the screen is much cheaper. During disassembly, it turned out that in beprime, when the screen was removed, the FaceID loop was torn and the inside of the matrix was scratched. Factory seals did not indicate the presence of water inside, although when calling from beprime they said that everything was bad inside. In the new workshop, they said that it was possible to simply re-glue the sensor, and everything would work, but beprime did not think so and also finished it off to the end, leaving only the option of replacing the whole module. As a result, as I understood, it was profitable for be prime to buy a phone for 300 rubles, which did not get water.
The most useless waste of time is to look for a better workshop than BePrime. I have been applying for three years, the team keeps a high standard of service and respect for the client.

I gave the tablet for repair, the next day they called and said that they did not know what the cause of the breakdown was and asked to pick it up (an alleged breakdown was announced, which was not confirmed, the repair of which would cost 80 rubles).
I sent it to another service, which identified the problem after 15 minutes. (By the way, in this service they would have charged 65 rubles for the previously announced breakdown.)
Therefore, I can safely say that the prices are higher than in another service, they did not show themselves in any way, the reviews were screwed up. I do not recommend it!

They gave the phone to replace the module.As a result, the battery was changed, the phone does not hold a charge at all and two black spots appeared on the screen that they installed.I do not recommend it very much
I chose this service center because there were the most positive and numerous reviews. I addressed the problem of replacing the battery. In order not to paint for a long time, the result is:
- after a week, the battery came off. I had to go to the center again so that the phone could be disassembled for re-gluing.
- when I first visited the service, I overheard one of the customers complaining that after replacing ONLY the battery, problems with the display began... The same thing happened to me, to which they replied that they were not to blame for this, but that I had not noticed it for half a year of operation and that I had a Chinese screen :)
- I put a new original reinforced battery. As a result, it worked exactly like a shrunken Chinese battery.
- and the most juice - IP protection was not glued, as a result of which, from a not serious fall (the phone was a good, expensive shockproof case), the screen broke, the protective glass without a single crack and chip, and the display, unfortunately, came to a complete end of the working career
