On June 17 of this year, an operation was performed in this clinic to sterilize my cat. It was not suggested to have an ultrasound of the heart before surgery. The service was performed in bad faith, and therefore the cat began to have pulmonary edema and fluid accumulation. After these symptoms, we took the cat back to this clinic in the hope of saving our family member, but the doctors were unable to provide proper assistance and sent her to another clinic. But time was lost and the pet actually died in our arms.

Many thanks to Andrey Nikolaevich and his team for their professionalism. In January 2021, we noticed that our dog had purulent discharge after estrus. They immediately called the clinic. The doctor said that an ultrasound should be done. The dog had inflammation of the uterus. On the doctor's recommendation, the dog was operated on the next day. I was very worried and afraid of how it would go. The operation was successful!!! The dog quickly recovered from anesthesia and recovered. She became active and cheerful!!! The seam healed quickly!!! The clinic employs really professionals who correctly diagnose, explain all possible treatment options, and treat each client and their pet with understanding!!! They also have a doctor's call service at home and a store where you can buy vitamins, feed, pills for worms and ticks and much more.
