The worst vet clinic. Anyone who loves their pets should never go there!!! I trusted my pet corgi for 8 months twice, and both times incompetence and greed - I didn't see anything else. On December 16, Luna was sterilized - anesthesiologist Ulyana Mandrykina imposed epidural anesthesia for the operation, which is completed in 15 minutes. and they also add general anesthesia!! As a result, my dog recovered from anesthesia for 3 days after such gentle and painless anesthesia!!!! The shaved "window" on the back is still not overgrown!!! There is only one answer for what it was necessary to do - for the sake of additional money to pay for the operation!! At the first request, it was said that the operation would cost 30 thousand, in total, I paid 60! Doctors at another vet clinic were very surprised by this approach to anesthesia during sterilization of an 8-month-old corgi!!! Next, I found a tumor on my left ear at home - why it appeared is a mystery - it was not there before sterilization. We came for a consultation with an oncologist, Valery Starikov, on December 26. The doctor took (or maybe he didn't take, because now I also have questions about the speed of preparation of the analysis) an analysis for the oncocytology of the tumor and in the evening they sent the result stating that the tumor was malignant. But most of all, I was impressed by the consultation of the much-lauded Pavel Sergeevich - it's very difficult for me to name his doctor, who agreed that I needed to have an operation to remove the entire ear!!! And this is based on a hastily taken analysis!!!! As a result, they went to another clinic where people who love animals work, had an operation to excise the tumor and passed it for histology. We got the result - the tumor is benign and its excision is absolutely the right tactic for its treatment!!! What if it's unprofessionalism and greed! Also, every visit to this clinic, I observed disgusting conditions for receiving animals in the clinic - there is little space, cramped, sick animals are rubbing next to each other, and completely untrained staff are sitting at the reception. In short, I am writing in such detail about my situation in order to warn everyone who is going to visit this clinic!

I took her to the clinic (a friend recommended this clinic). I liked everything very much, they wrote back to me every day, gave me a report on what they were doing and how the cat was feeling at the moment! They had surgery, systems, injections, and were fed..
However, I never thought that animals should be treated too, kapets, as it is not cheap. When they found out that the cat was a street cat, they gave me a 20% discount.
As a result, I took the cat for myself))

I visited this clinic once. My cat has a simple dislocation or even a bruise. After an examination by an orthopedic doctor, we were told that an operation was needed. And they drew me a plan of what they would do. The operation plan included drilling and putting on some kind of pin. But I did not dare to give my baby to such torment. Moreover, the cost of the operation is 67 thousand, and plus the rehabilitation. I asked the doctor if she could live normally without surgery. To which the doctor replied. That he doesn't force me to do the operation, and he didn't give me a clear answer to the rest. We did not perform the operation. My baby began to walk normally after a month.

When I visited this place for the first time, I was a little confused by the simplicity of the repair, but after a while I realized how wonderful this clinic is! Excellent doctors work here and they do their job with love for the tailed ones. I can't help but note that my cat was helped by the magical Elzara Muratovna: for many years she itched from allergies to something unclear, we went around a bunch of clinics, began a lot of tests and one day did not get an appointment with her. We quickly got rid of the problem and now we are enjoying life. We also do dental cleaning and annual vaccination. This place definitely deserves to be included in the "favorites" in the notes! I went to different clinics, this one is of course the top one! Thanks a lot to the staff, they saved the cat twice, 1 time something got into the stomach and belched blood already. After ivs, injections and tests, it became much better, and after that it came out all by itself, along with the hair, I didn't even have to go to an ultrasound. 2 times they were treated for quite a long time, at first there was a lump with pus, drainage was prescribed, antibiotics were prescribed and everything was washed, the drainage was removed, but after that the lump appeared again and no longer with pus, but with liquid. After quickly passing all the tests, they said that the salivary gland was inflamed and the lump filled up very quickly. At first, of course, they were scared that they might have to cut out the salivary gland and there is a possibility that the inflammation may go through the body. But fortunately, after the tests, the necessary antibiotics were prescribed, which helped quite quickly. Now I only go to them if anything happens! I went to other places, which I strongly regret, of course, because I lost 1 kitten due to improper treatment and incorrect diagnosis... But in this vet clinic everything is at the best level!
