This is not the first time we have visited Bimgrooming at 28 Timiryazeva Street and we always leave with only positive emotions! The staff is very qualified, the cabin is pleasant and cozy. Karina, a very professional groomer, takes care of my pets. My dogs just love her. We visited this salon again last week and, as always, everything went at the highest level. The result of Karina's groomer's work is beyond praise. My Fox and Lilu, after being in her hands, are just a Princess and a Queen. Thank you so much for your hard work and love for our pets.

We were with a white shepherd dog on January 30. The grooming was done perfectly - there are no questions about the professionalism of the groomers. But when I came to pick up the dog, I saw that my shepherd was free, running alone in the customer area! There was no one from the salon staff nearby, the dog was not secured with a leash. From the client area, the door opens directly onto the street! (the door is single, there is no buffer zone) That is, if any other person had walked in front of me, my dog would have easily run outside! And none of the staff would have had time to react, much less catch up with her. My appreciation for the negligent attitude to the basic principles of customer safety! You can't do that!!
