I gave the carpets for cleaning, which were in good condition, but I wanted to refresh them a little. The carpets were lint-free. New stains appeared on one carpet, which were not there and some stripes. They are worse than they were before the purge. The rest of the carpets were given away unchanged, it looks like they were driven through the water and that's it. I will never go there again. It's a pity to waste money.

A miser gets paid twice or "what else do you want for this money?". I rented a pile carpet without stains and odor, but with a light dog coat. I got the carpet back in the same condition, plus some black wool and the smell of dampness that is in the very premises of this organization. Either dirty equipment, or water, or both)) of course, it's difficult to clean such a carpet, but the condition in the end is definitely not the result of dry cleaning, I can do this at home with a vacuum cleaner and a brush. I used to rent it to another place - yes, it was 6 times more expensive, but they gave it to me like a new soft carpet without dirt and an unpleasant smell. Therefore, you should immediately overpay and get a normal cleaning in 5 days, and not in 2 weeks, that's what's in the photo) it's even a little funny.. perhaps it is worth warning customers that this is your maximum, because upon receipt, of course, the specialist immediately saw the wool, asked whose it was, but not a word that they would not be able to clean it.
* I'll add it..I decided to rinse it in a mouthwash to remove the smell, look at the color of the water after DRY CLEANING)) and what if I poured the powder, it would be black.. Well, it's just a shame, they don't even clean it, but they shake the air.
