Good location. Pretty clean. The air conditioner, however, does not work very well, but it works, They did not die from the heat. The sun beds are a bit old, I would like to update them, they were not always enough. The sea is clean, there are small waves, but this is before lunch. Later, when the entertainment ships leave, some kind of mud washes up, it's unpleasant. Therefore, we chose the sea in the morning and the pool in the evening.
The location itself is good, close to shops and the sea nearby. But, as already written in some reviews, the whole impression was spoiled by the owner of the hotel, constantly monitoring everyone and looking into your mouth at any dinner. It feels like you're under supervision all the time! The hotel itself is tiny, there is no territory, 1 small swimming pool, a place where they feed - a so-so dining room, cramped, close to the fence. I don't know who puts 5 for a review there, and for what? The food is also so-so, for all the time there was fish 1 time, and only chicken, rarely. The only plus is the proximity of a good Cleopatra beach, of course, such a hotel does not have its own.
The location is good, the cleaning is sufficient. Tipping cleaners solves a lot of problems. In case of breakdowns or other issues, they react for a long time, they need to be constantly reminded.
The breakfasts are good, always the same, but there is some variety. Omelette, fried eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables. Cheeses, olives, vegetables, fruits. There were watermelon and melon.
The room was on the second floor. I sympathize with those who are on the first. The room is small, but the beds are comfortable. The balcony is large with a table and chairs. There is a dryer.
We've been struggling with the air conditioner for a long time. It was blowing very hard and it was cold. Air conditioning is free, by the way. There is also a safe in the room.
I read online, pulled the batteries out of the remote for 2 minutes. Then, when the temperature changed, he brought it very close to the split and waited for confirmation with a sound every time he pressed the button. Then it became normal.
It's noisy from the street, of course, but this is a city hotel. Then the garbage is taken out, then something else.
It's generally fine. If the door to the balcony is closed, it is generally quiet, but stuffy.
Wi-Fi at the reception is free, they ask for money in the room, but we did not pay.
Among the disadvantages: the mini bar is not a refrigerator at all. There is little practical benefit, you can't buy ice cream for the future, or milk. And our room was not blown at all, not a breeze. But this is not the hotel's problem.
