When ordering, they announced the company of spare parts that we need, as a result, they counted everything there and turned out to be a mess, the manager did not say a word about it, for that he would have taken an advance payment, without notifying that cheap spare parts were there and would have brought nonsense, and then to whom will you prove that you ordered the wrong thing He's giving you a hard time.
Honestly, communication is strange, they say that we are "very busy", and they go to smoke almost every 15 minutes.

So at least in this case, tell me in advance that it is better for you to write, but not to call.
