It is not always possible to buy a ticket, since the ticket office is closed, you have to go without a ticket. There is no sanitary zone for passengers. I just want to ask those responsible - where to go to the toilet? Or passengers can walk directly on people, especially with young children. The toilet seems to be standing, but it is constantly closed, the cashiers do not have keys, the question is why it is standing then-for show. And you passengers, go wherever you have to, provoke your own. Then why did they remove the old toilet? There were no problems and questions before, but now there are only questions -?????? So where to go-??????

Everything is fine, polite and attentive cashiers, but the access road from the village of Tsvetkovo spoils everything.
