The ticket office is located on Momyshuly in the territory of Almaty Arena, free-standing. They serve quickly, I've never seen a queue. A beautiful stylish ticket office, and the Arena itself is the best building in the city.

As the structure is super on the outside, it's dull on the inside. I was at the BI 2 concert, I didn't like the organization. The concert began and within 40 minutes people were walking through our sector, namely through the first row of sector 8 where we were sitting, looking for their seats. In general, the mood was spoiled, but thanks to the concert itself, everything was fine. Tip: you need to leave the parking lot about ten minutes before the end of the event, otherwise there will be a traffic jam for an hour and a half.
