This is the kind of timber I bought in this store. He was in the middle, among the more or less smooth ones, and therefore did not notice it during delivery. As I wrote, the rest of the bars also do not differ in geometric perfection, however, this makes you want to walk on the backs of probably blind employees of the "Build". If I weren't lazy, I'd take them back, but I'm writing this review. There is not a foot there anymore, there are enough construction shops in Baranovichi where you will not be intentionally deceived.

This is the second time in this store, and the second time we are faced with poor employee performance. The first time we were bullied because we asked for a certain type of pipe and laughed at the fact that we don't know anything about this area. The second time, we waited 25 minutes for the consultant, 10 minutes for the administrator, and as a result, we received a non-reprimand from him - or take off this shelf for them.... A replacement for a working one or a refund was refused due to the fact that the integrity of the packaging was violated and this is a power tool. 5 days have passed since the date of purchase. About the replacement fund, it was initially said that it was missing, but after they asked for a book of proposals, the administrator with the product went to a commodity expert, after which they offered to write an application for a replacement fund that will be considered for 3 days. Complete disappointment in such a shopping facility. The question arises, are all electrical products of this quality in the BUILD? In addition, the book of proposals is maintained in violation (the numbering of appeals was not numbered).

The queues at the ticket offices are not large, although there are enough people, the cashiers work quickly. There is a large parking lot, the entrance is excellent. In general, everything is fine.

The shelves and goods are displayed disgustingly, the store is large, and it is impossible to even miss other people in the aisle between the shelves. I am generally silent about moving freely there with a stroller - only along the central aisles. Finding a sales consultant is a whole quest. Buy wallpaper for example....you spend half an hour just looking for a seller.🤦♀️
