To which the sales consultant from the door store said that if we had applied within 2 days, we would have had the door replaced. But more than 7 days have passed and the director refused, because this is a mechanical damage. I.e., I made the examination with the eyes of the director.
They also did not deliver the goods, we had to urgently go to the store for them because they installed the doors in the apartment, with indignation that this could not be, they personally shipped the car, the sellers went to look for the warehouse, it's good that they found it. But we had to spend our time and the time of the people who installed the doors for us.
