There are no complaints about the young employees. But there are employees sitting outside the service window, who not only say hello, but also cannot greet in return. It feels like we slaves are begging you for your fucking services, not paying for them. From the suggestions: we could make chairs on the client's side, otherwise it's not hard for me to stand, and there grandma stood at the window for 20 minutes. And the question is, when you take your Sim card, does the client get a copy of the contract where he signed?
I must say right away that the operator is not good (and that's putting it mildly), I can't get through to the operator for a week, after an hour of waiting, the call is reset. As a result, I've been without a TV for a week. I don't advise anyone, not for the first time.
The staff themselves, well done, serve well and everyone is kind. But communication and the Internet are, to put it mildly, so-so. It is not worth the money that is charged for the abun fee.
