Terrible attitude towards customers. Some bouquets are exhibited, completely different ones arrive. If you want to figure out the situation, they start talking nonsense in response. It feels like people have an approach just to sell) With this approach, you will lose all customers. I do not advise anyone to buy bouquets here, there will only be a spoiled mood, a terrible bouquet and money thrown away.

They are made up of lies and deception of their own clients.
The contract was for one bouquet, in the end it was not what was needed at all.
They also protect themselves by making customers feel guilty.
