There were a couple of disadvantages - we arrived on a flat rear wheel, the service was good, and they immediately pumped it up, found a nail, but in the end it probably went down quite a bit and I didn't even bother with it anymore. But they could have checked before handing it over. And the helmets were too smelly. Otherwise, I liked everything, I think I will pay attention to these points and warn you next time.

I use their services for the second time, this vacation I rented a Yamaha X-max, the bike is fresh, the mileage at the time of delivery of the bike was only 3000 km. The bike was delivered to the hotel on time, as agreed, and was also picked up from the hotel.
Everything is extremely honest and transparent-when accepting, you remove the bike in a circle, leave a deposit, when returning the bike they inspect and the deposit is returned. There are no mileage limits, which is a huge plus for me personally.

I took a Yamaha X max 300 maxi scooter.
The equipment is in good condition, both externally and technically, the ABS works, it has never failed. The price was also pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend it, but adequately assess your skills before renting a bike.
Also, in my opinion, it is better to take a scooter with a volume of 300, because it will be much more comfortable on the slides and necessarily with ABS.

On 12/13/24, I took a Honda Click 125cc bike for 7 days at 220 baht per day, after interacting with this company and the first day of riding, the next day I extended it for another 10 days with a discount of 200 baht per day and took another bike for a friend. I want to add a review on renting a bike from them. The bike was packed for normal money. Although there was a fairy tale in the photo when booking. The CVT is whistling. It requires repair. The glass is frosted. Everything is strumming. The brakes are beating. ABS does not work. But I planted a couple of small scratches somewhere (someone huddled in the parking lot) that can be polished, so they tore off almost 15,000 rubles. Besides, we couldn't find the place where they gave me the bike to pick it up - I waited 40 minutes. And all because they don't have any Russians. Only Thais. And these "Russian" landlords don't even pick up the phone in the cart, they're encrypted. They only write.
Phuket has a lot of bike rental and housing offices. I really regretted contacting this office. Run to others, there are more decent people than people like these.

If your life is valuable to you, then it is better to choose an office that monitors its equipment and expats.
In addition:
1. Russian-language support only via WhatsApp! There are no Russian speakers at the office itself. (Managers are sitting) they work through CPM.
2. They, as other people wrote before, are just resellers who wind up their price to the bike. And the office itself is Thai. As knowledgeable people have said, if something happens, you will not be able to prove anything. It is better to rent from expats. And there is no point in overpaying overbidders.
The only plus was that they did not take the money for the damaged bike, although this is not a plus, since the bike was originally defective.
P.s. Russian travel insurance only works with category A rights. But in an emergency, there is a state insurance that works with every incident on a bike (30,000 baht) and it covered all expenses in the hospital for us. They help you deal with this insurance right away at the hospital

In addition, I will say that the prices on the website differ from the real ones. Conclusion: choose another organization and don't be fooled by the ads. I can confirm all this with scans from correspondence and a repair receipt.

All this means only one thing- no one really looks at the technical state. In fact, the Thai guys promptly replaced everything. But there's no reason to rent from them...It is easier to get from the hotel or where you are staying for accommodation- there are a lot of options. Russian support is relevant only for those who cannot connect two words in English...in fact, Thais are doing all the jambs anyway... Therefore, I will not recommend this office.

Prices are average, bargaining is appropriate, there is no insurance for 1.5 months (only for short periods), it is not critical if you drive carefully, nothing will happen. They've never been hit in the parking lot.
The scooter is technically sound, we took a new stingy, 12k mileage, drove 900km, no hint of breakage or something like that.
Fill up only the 95th, if you ride together, then 110 cubic meters will not even be taken out into the hill, there will be an adventure through pain at a speed of 15 kmh. If the goal is to roll through the passes, take it with more power.
The helmet is definitely with a visor, it is mandatory for both yourself and the passenger.

I wrote to votsap, booked a bike, transferred the prepayment for the reservation (do not be afraid, they will not be deceived). I arrived at the hotel, took the bags to the room, and a clean and shiny bike was brought to the entrance by the time. I examined the bike, filmed it, signed a paper, left a deposit in dollars (they also returned it in dollars) and went! They rented two helmets and a phone holder (it was already carefully installed on the steering wheel). The technical and external condition of the bike is perfect, it has never misfired, everything is intact and serviceable, it does not wobble or hang out. At the end of the lease, a guy arrived, examined and accepted almost without comment (there was less gasoline in the tank than when I took it) - the issue was solved by 200 baht. So fill it up before returning (the amount of fuel in the tank is fixed in the contract). A Russian-speaking and very attentive courteous employee is in touch at any time in votsap, all issues are promptly resolved at any time. If you want to get rid of problems, then contact these guys, they take everything into account (all wishes) and do it clearly and on time. They don't try to rip you off for an old scratch (but take off the bike in the video when you sign the contract, it's calmer that way).
I will always rent only them and advise my friends.
