I don’t think they keep the kitchen clean! My hot chocolate had a cockroach 🪳 inside. After I called them, they did nothing about it and didn’t even apologize properly. Just said we are in the mountains. I would not recommend it to anyone, if they have a cockroach inside hot chocolate, I am sure the kitchen is hundred times dirtier.

So-so - go for a Martini or an Aperol to check the box The view is really not bad, but if you've been to the mountains, it's far from the best, to the cable car station. Lots of places with better views There is no service, The menu is beautifully designed, but nothing special, there are frankly few options. No national dishes, not even tea to keep warm

A restaurant with a beautiful panorama of the peaks of the Trans-Ili Alatau. It's not budget-friendly, which is understandable, but you can pamper yourself to enjoy the view and the purest mountain air
