We went to a restaurant on a family trip. The interior is cozy, and it lured us in. As a result, we got:
Slow work of waiters with incomplete boarding
There is no paper menu and when roaming over a bad Internet, the menu was slowly downloaded using the qr code
There is no children's menu and the waiters just tell us in words what they can offer children
Arrabiata pasta is not spicy, just tomato sauce with sprinkled parmesan
Children's French fries are sprinkled with Chili pepper and are completely unsuitable for children to eat

Fantastic author's cocktails and friendly waiters who persuaded the kitchen to make scrambled eggs for children outside of breakfast time
In general, the restaurant is "go for a go", although the prices are the level of a good Italian restaurant

I didn't like the menu: it's electronic, you need to read the qr code and look at the pictures from the menu on the website. The menu turns out to be small and you need to zoom in on the text, and the zoom ban is also registered on the site, you have to turn on the zoom ban through the browser settings, it's inconvenient, why the ban at all)))

It's a great place.
Very tasty cheesecakes with chocolate and fruits.
The portions of the salad are huge, it is better to take one serving for 3.
And everything else in very large portions.
Beer is also on top.

A very decent place. The menu is based on the QR code, if it does not ship, ask for the paper version (there is no problem with this). We ordered fettuccine Alfredo (delicious, very satisfying, I didn't even finish it), caesar salad (don't take it, it's not a delicious salad, there's a separate surcharge for chicken), chicken with honey and teriyaki (very tasty chicken, served on salad leaves in a separate plate rice, which is quite a lot, ginger life tea (great serving, a flower in a vase, 2 cookies, fresh delicious tea for lovers of not strong green tea). A very large selection of desserts (we do not know the taste, we did not order it). The feed is fast, within 10-15 minutes maximum.

It's just a terrible place, to be honest, it's a shock for the money they're asking for. We were in a hurry, sat down and waited for the barely crawling disgruntled girl to get to us. OK, we're going further, we ordered 2 Caesar salads and lemonade and asked how much they would cook, they answered us for 15-20 minutes. We asked them to bring it and put it on while we go to the store. We returned 25 minutes later, the table was empty. After 5-7 minutes, the salads were brought, to say that it was tasteless is to say nothing 3600tg, I would be happy to give it for the sake of. By the way, the lemonades were really delicious. But 14,000 tenge for 2 dead Caesars and 2 lemonades is out of the question.... Bottom line, I do not recommend visiting, no service, no proper food.

It is a very cozy and fashionable place, the location is very convenient. However, the most important thing in any cafe or restaurant is the KITCHEN. The cuisine in this establishment is very weak, the range of dishes is small and the chefs do not even try to cook delicious. But if you just want to sit in an atmospheric place and pay a lot of money for TASTELESS food, then here you are!

If in Turkey Big Chefs is a very high-quality fast food restaurant with a standard menu, then in Almaty it is something between a coffee shop and an expensive eatery - the quality of the dishes is very average, I would like it to be a real Turkish cuisine, but really of a very good level. Turkish pebbles near the Eurasia shopping center are still in great demand, but there are affordable prices for quick lunches. And in Dostyk Plaza, Big Chefs compete with their neighbors - cafes Central and Mado, how to save on quality and earn more. But! In defense, I will say that Big Chefs have very good waiters, very cool, comfortable chairs, a pleasant interior and I love their summer early in the morning (not very early). I wish it would be warm soon!

Warming in the evening. Very tasty cuisine and fresh seafood. Delicious sauces will add to your enjoyment. A glass of Italian wine and a cup of coffee is a drop of happiness for the rest of the day. I would like to mention the service separately. I have never seen such service and attitude towards guests in Almaty. Well done!
There are always representatives of the host in the hall and their attitude towards the guests enhances your sense of having a good time in this institution
