A magnificent hotel! I stayed here from 08/22/29/2024 All the staff is very friendly and courteous. Thanks to these people, the atmosphere of a home is created in the hotel ☺️ Breakfast on a solid plate! On the day when I had to leave the hotel early in the morning, I was given a lunch box so that I would not stay hungry :) The cleanliness of the room is maintained at a high level! Every day, all stocks are replenished. An excellent swimming pool, with a comfortable water temperature and comfortable sun loungers. The location of the hotel is both a plus and a small minus. It's a long way from the center, 30 minutes on foot to Republic Square, literally 10 minutes by taxi. But if you value silence, then you will get it. No city fuss, which is great) There is a shopping center nearby, where there is both a supermarket and an exchanger Bien Hotel, thank you for your vacation!

The hotel is just super ♥️ We had a rest in September 2024. The location of the hotel is good, near the Dalma Mall shopping center, Ararat brandy factory. The territory of the hotel is green, beautiful, well maintained. The hotel is very spacious, a large dining room, lobby, tables and armchairs on the floors, everything is new, neat, stylish. The rooms are large in size, the bathrooms are spacious, the beds are wide, it is clear that they thought about the guests, but not how some would stick just to save money. Towels, toothbrushes and paste, combs, cotton buds and discs are changed daily in the room, shampoo, shower gel and soap are replenished, there is a hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, two air conditioners, two TVs, kettle, dishes, tea and coffee are updated daily, water bottles, slippers, bathrobes, one in short, it is very convenient. Breakfasts are a separate song, everything is generous in Armenian, delicious and hospitable, the best products, a huge selection, a very rich menu. The pool is very beautiful, there are sun loungers and tables. In the evening it is very pleasant to sit in the air, they give out a towel for bathing separately, their own shower room near the pool. The staff is very attentive and friendly, speaks different languages. The Bien hotel felt like home ♥️ Definitely, being in Armenia, we will stay here.
