I received terrible service on March 7 (although it would seem to be a pre-holiday day, the excitement and purchases are obvious). Given the presence of 2 consultants, none of them provided proper advice, we had to pull everything from and to (the request was for a professional line). And I wasn't the only one who received such a "service." When buying two certificates, the girl was put in an awkward situation with her brazen "WHAT!?" that she, poor, confused, had to somehow pay and run away from this would-be consultant.
It's a sad experience, and there's no desire to return.
