Great library. There is a selection of books for children and adults. You can take out magazines (from the age of 23 for a fee). The employees are trying, even design the showcases. And they lead the VKontakte channel. I recommend it to everyone!
This library employs very educated and intelligent people who are always up to date with the latest publications and events in the world of literature.
