The training is minimal, the requirements from students are maximum, and you are already an associate professor at least. Unfair evaluation of the work by some teachers, on anything but knowledge (I know enough people from those rare ones who went to the red diploma and they were spoiled for nothing), starting from a verbatim answer that was not said (although it was correct), not recognizing their own quotes in the published manuals, and questions outside the program finishing with an assessment "on mood", "on sight" and even on gender (well, for example, there was a situation that I was openly told that it was time to put on berets and there was nothing for me to do here, even without listening to the answer, so to speak, they met and encouraged) . The institution left sharply negative impressions of the full-time education process. I recommend going there not for knowledge, but if you need to get a "crust" for work, the benefits of which are not worth the lost nerves and 4 years of life, it is best to go for a break, get the same diploma, but without humiliation, waste of time, nerves, faith in justice and with the same 4 points, because you know do not know that about half of the teachers do not solve this here, but either insanity or some incomprehensible principles and self-satisfaction of their inflated ego at the expense of students prevent them.
