Good day to all!
I want to share my pleasant impression of cooperation with the company "Without dents". I was advised to contact this company, an employee of Dmitry, my friend. After calling, we discussed the cost of the work and the date when it is necessary to deliver the car. When I arrived at the company, I was pleasantly surprised by the room where the repair and pasting work is carried out. Everything is clean, warm, lots of light, there is a plastic modular coating on the floor, a huge amount of tools and equipment! The car was immediately put to work: washing, etc. A few days later, I decided to additionally tape over several elements on the car. I discussed the cost of the work with Dmitry and was pleasantly surprised by the discount on the work. At one of the stages of pasting the car with a protective film, Dmitry noticed a small dent on the hood of the KIA Carnival. We decided to remove it. They did it perfectly, there wasn't even a trace left! I also asked for help to remove the right rear-view mirror - the frame needed to be repaired. The guys dismantled the mirror very quickly and professionally, and after the repair, they installed it back!

I didn't expect it, but I keep my car in a condition that satisfies me! So I decided to do everything. They took over the work at the agreed time and did everything as promised without delay! I came to pick it up and didn't believe it, I'll go to the same places and there's nothing there!!! How did they do it without damaging anything?) I am very pleased with the result, I recommend it! When I came to do my own, I was told that I needed a consultation first. I arrived and after an inspection lasting no more than 10 seconds, the master said that we would do everything, come tomorrow at such and such a time. This time, I explained by phone that it was not possible to come for an inspection, since I was 200 km from Minsk, they told me to reset the photo in Viber. I reset it, said again that it was 200 km from Minsk and whether I could come immediately for repairs. I didn't get an answer. I have no questions about the quality of repairs at all, they do well, but the quality of communication with customers is low. Apparently, they don't need regular customers

With the tablet, I was immediately sent to polish myself manually (it took 1.5 hours, but for free), and the body was polished for about the same amount, there were a couple of significant scratches, the result was good, but it is probably more expedient to buy or rent all the materials yourself because the overprice is long and not the fact that they will not send.
There is a nice waiting area with Wi-Fi and a view of the work.

There are no specialists in certificates (there are many of them)… In fact! I will not paint the work of this company in "colors". No one "turned" my head… Examined.... They named the cost.... Execution time .... They called back ... arrived ... the car was in its original form . (previously, two dents were on the tailgate of the trunk ... r-not the emblem + on the edge). At the same time, the headlights were booked..... + additional work to repair the door lock button. All the work was completed within three hours. Everything is high-quality ... without "politeness". The service is located on the lower level of the parking lot. Check-in under the barrier. To open it, you need to call. The company deals only with dents, which can actually be done without bodywork. There is no pit and this is not their profile. Judging by the equipment, the guys understand what they are doing and specialize in a narrow area of work. Miracles are not worth waiting for, but at least bother with an independent repair like I'll try to bend it myself with glue, and it's not worth a reverse hammer. The prices are adequate. In my case, there was a dent on the lid of the 5th door along the edge of rigidity. Estimated at 150 rubles . We did everything for 2 hours, but the LCP moved away from the metal, a chip appeared in place of the bend, the shagreen remained, it is clear that painting will be needed (winter will show), but an aesthetically smooth surface, which is what we wanted.
