I can only recommend doctors here.
Especially the pediatric surgeon, Olzhas Aktaevich Zhukenov.
But the administration and the building are a complete mess.
1. You can only find the entrance to the clinic using 2gis. There is a sign, but it is nondescript. The parking lot is always packed. The location is about nothing.
2. There is no elevator. You come with children with a stroller. Both the child is calmer and the mother is easier. There's no need for a wheelchair here. You walk up to the second floor along an incomprehensible narrow flight
3. It's really cold on the second floor. There is only one heater running, which is clearly not coping. Rather, it's the layout of the building itself. Because there is a glass roof on the second floor, which is not cleaned of snow.
4. At 8:30, there was no one at the reception. I had to look for staff in the offices to get us registered.
5. The administrator did not see that the recording was postponed to an earlier time. Then I realized my mistake
6. The appointment was at 9:10. The receptionist comes to the second floor at this time and says that the doctor is late due to traffic jams. It means that I was somehow able to arrive on time with the baby due to the same traffic jams, but the doctor was not. What is it called?
I suspect that this is the fault of the administrator, who did not warn the doctor about the transfer of the recording.
I am a paying customer who is willing to pay for quality and comfort and, most importantly, for respecting my time.
And everything described above does not even come close to respecting the client.

Two floors. Delicious. There are few places in the morning. Good cooking. We ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday (delivery) - those who tried it were very praised. I didn't get it myself.
The breakfasts are delicious. Parking spaces are available in the morning.

We were at a reception with my son at Lyudmila Valeryevna Chen's and I want to say thank you. No stress , fast , all treatment is clear. The clinic is clean , the staff is friendly .
