I applied for the re-stitching of the steering wheel (the disease of this car) in nappa leather and dry cleaning of the car.
Despite the fact that I provided all the instructions for removing the steering wheel, they were removed in such a way that they left a lot of marks, scratched the plastic and chrome parts on the steering wheel. Just in the places where you hold the steering wheel, he scratches your hands. The leather looks like a cheap singed bag. It is stretched very badly - the skin goes in waves, the steering wheel is also poorly prepared - there are bumps in the place of grip.
There are touch-sensitive turn signal and horn buttons on the steering wheel. One of the turn signals after these works requires three times the effort. The horn just stopped working (the button on the steering wheel is not connected, the car is buzzing from the mobile app). I found it on the highway in an emergency.
As for the dry cleaning, it's no better. They position themselves as expensive detailing, but the car wash and dry cleaning are of the same quality as an ordinary garage sink. When I picked up the car, I moved the back seat, and was surprised to find that they didn't even move it away, the back part was covered in dirt. The glass inside was cloudy, just smeared with dirt. The compartments are not completely washed - they are also in divorces. The outside of the car is covered in stains. There were traces of the auction on the car - small traces of glue that are wiped off in two swipes of a rag, a little tape, etc. After detaling the car wash, everything remained in place) The car is all stained, it was wiped badly. They didn't even send a stream of water under the spoiler, everything is dirty there. There is no question about paying attention to the wheels - everything is dirty too. This is not a detaling, just a regular car wash.
You can write a separate chapter about deadlines and communication. There was no information or updates on the car. I left it on Monday, they promised to give it back on Friday. He immediately warned me that I had to go on a long journey next Monday. I paid extra for the urgency!! On Friday morning I wrote, they replied that the car was not even touched due to the fact that there was a problem with the steering wheel. I can't imagine why it was impossible to start dry cleaning in a car without a steering wheel. Or at least write to me in advance. We agreed that the urgency fee would be canceled, the car would be charged and returned on Sunday evening. I arrive at the appointed time on Sunday, 19:30. The car is not ready. They told me to come back in an hour. I came at 20:30, as a result, the car was given away after closing, 21:00. The car was just plugged into the charger, but it did not charge. No one has even checked it. When paying, they tried to deduct 50 GEL from the amount for the urgency of a taxi from the master of steering wheel reshaping (for 50 GEL I can ride a taxi around the city all day). In general, the communication was as if it was my fault that they did not have time, or demanded something unrealistic, and they did not break the deadline twice and did not warn me in any way.
I also note that you can only pay for the work in cash, although they were able to take the prepayment by transfer.
The experience is extremely negative, I do not recommend this place to anyone. They offered to redo it, but I'm not ready to sit for a week without a car again, besides, there are no scratches on the steering wheel, and there is no trust

The worst detaling you can imagine.
After washing, they offered to polish the body and ceramics, I explained that there are many flaws in the body, the varnish has come off and there are chips, will you do this too? No problem, they answered me, promising to bring the car ideally in 3 days for 1000 GEL. The result in photos and videos after 3 weeks and 710 GEL. No information in the process and complete indifference to communication with the client is included in the price.
