Great hotel! The Vietnamese have done well, they have achieved the highest level of service, which I have not seen either in the Dominican Republic or in Turkey. We have built a magnificent 5-star infrastructure. As for the hotel team, it works at the highest level, and this is exactly teamwork. I don't know how the Vietnamese achieve such an incredible level - maybe with big salaries, maybe they put control biochips in the heads of staff or "sandbox" bad employees along the party line - it doesn't matter why, it's important that they work very well.
There were flaws, of course, but they were quickly corrected at the request of the reception. They forgot to clean my room a couple of times. They don't know Russian, but they skillfully use a translator in a smartphone and speech typing in a Google keyboard.
About the air conditioner. I've been tormented until I figured it out. while you press the temperature change buttons, it shows the temperature that you have selected. as soon as you stop pressing it, it starts working like a thermometer, i.e. it shows the TEMPERATURE IN the ROOM. if you set it up correctly (set the auto mode, as in the instructions above the air conditioner), then it begins to bring the temperature in the room to the indicated one - it turns on at full power, and when the temperature reaches the desired one, it slows down.
They feed well and from the belly. The buffet is varied, it is clear that they tried to throw three or four dishes from each kitchen, even there is sushi (although there is only one kind). A little bit of Chinese, a little bit of European, a little bit of local cuisine.
We had half board and were fed a second time (at any time, even in the afternoon, even in the evening). It is also very satisfying - rolls with butter, soup, salad, meat and fish dish, dessert. They overeated hard.Like a gourmet. loving to go to restaurants and compare different dishes, I can say one thing: the local chef is very good, and half board is worth the money. And the dessert master is just great - desserts have always been fantastic!
Of the disadvantages, there is only one, the balcony is small (not to sit, just to stand, and then alone), it's funny - the balcony in the bathroom.
A beautiful view bar on the top of the 32nd floor and an excellent rooftop pool on 31m.
My wife and I are wildly satisfied, the level of the hotel, service and employees is the highest.
Magnificent view from the windows of the rooms at the morning dawn. The outdoor rooftop pool allows you to enjoy all the beauty of the surrounding views.
