A great choice for a large family wishing to stay in the Roma Termini area! The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance from Roma Termini Central Station. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A comfortable bed with excellent pillows deserves special attention. The hotel staff is very attentive and professional, always ready to help with any questions. Wi-Fi works stably and without complaints. A few wishes: it's worth being careful with paying the city tax – we almost had a double payment situation, so it's important to keep the checks! I would also like to note that the check–out time at 11:00 is a bit inconvenient, it would be great if it were like in other hotels in Rome - at 12:00. And finally, I would like to clarify when the deposit of 300 euros will be returned to our account??? Overall, our stay at this hotel was wonderful!
