We rested here for 5 days, everything is clean, everything is good, people are responsive. There is one disadvantage, they booked in the booking there, Myasnikyan's address is indicated 12, they arrived at the address, and there was a vacant lot, and it turned out that Myasnikyan's address was 14/12 (in the booking it was called Spa Hotel, and on Yandex maps the Best Hotel) Be careful. They couldn't get through either (probably everyone is like that because it's night) We arrived at 3 a.m. and the fact that there was a vacant lot instead of our hotel gave us a kind of shock, thanks to the man at the gas station, I suggested that you try to walk up the street. As it is, everything is fine, I advise you. Yes, everything is a little tired, but this is not critical. I'm not lowering my rating, but correct the address in the booking.

I really liked the hotel. Close to the center, delicious breakfasts, very polite and pleasant staff, excellent rooms, spacious, cozy! I will always stay at this hotel! I recommend it to everyone!

Relatively low-cost. Large room, decent breakfast. The bed is good. Poor location. It may be difficult to find a hotel. There are no shops or cafes nearby. The noise from the road. The air conditioner is kind of symbolic. They didn't even take out the trash for three nights. But I forgot my things, they were immediately thrown away.
