Great location, it would be great to make repairs. In the meantime, the plaster is falling off the walls, the beds are falling apart, the furniture is all old, the kitchen is very dirty. It's unpleasant to be there. They didn't even stay for one night, they moved out.

A wonderful place to stay in Yerevan for one night, an extremely convenient location in the very center of this city, as a result-all kinds of amenities and services within walking distance. Of the inconveniences, I will note the only bathroom on the floor, but due to the closeness of the hotel, this is not a big problem. An extremely attractive place if you are traveling with a company. I advise everyone!

Great location and great staff, decent breakfast in the morning-all this for little money!But there has been no repair for a very long time-greasy armchairs, broken plumbing, extremely uncomfortable beds and no cleaning.I can't put it above 3(
