And now in order. A seller with defective Yandex bulbs (3 pcs) was sent here — the bulbs were screwed into the chandelier and did not always turn off and on. That is, you give a command, but some light bulbs do not respond. You get up and turn it off manually.
At the first stage, when registering, the manager spoke. You will not be recognized as a marriage with such a defect. Maybe you won't waste your time. Of course, I decided to submit.
The defect was certainly not confirmed. They said they work individually, but we don't have a chandelier to check them all together. They advised me to buy a smart switch and insert ordinary light bulbs (super thanks).
I did not give up and contacted Yandex support. They said they shouldn't work like that.
I did a lot of different router settings, after which they tell me "try to check them with one light bulb."
I was skeptical. I thought about it, but in the same SC they checked one at a time. they work exactly the same way. They screw in one lamp and it doesn't work.
Yandex sent me to its service center and asked me to hand over the light bulbs for inspection. And as it turned out, indeed 2 out of 3 light bulbs do not work.
