I liked the kitchen, the staff was polite, the only thing I didn't like was Madame's behavior at the entrance to the dining room, but I didn't baptize the children with her.The atmosphere between the people was very friendly ☺️The city beach is nearby, you can leave things, no one will take them.Next to the Plana office, where you can buy excursions :)Tarragona is nearby)Rush

Great location. Few urban visitors come to the beach due to the remoteness of the hotel. Magpies on palm trees are a special flavor ... :)

We stayed at this hotel from September 18 to 28, 2019 with a family (a child is 2 years old). It was chosen because of its own swimming pool with children's water slides and a secluded beach among the pines.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel, I will give it a confident rating.
Number
They settled us first in the room farthest from the sea view, but then (thanks to the hotel employee) they moved us to another one with a view of the pool + the sea).
The rooms are small, there is not much space, especially because of the two double beds, but we made a successful rearrangement of furniture for the duration of our stay and it became more comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious, there is a bathtub (it would not hurt to add additional towel rails or at least hangers or hooks for towels). There is a hair dryer, but I took mine. A large mirror. There was no air purifier... To dry clothes on the balcony, we usually take a rope and clothespins with us and always come in handy. There is no kettle in the room. There is a small refrigerator. It turned out to be very pleasant that the pillows are comfortable, but for me it is always a problem to sleep on hotel pillows. They cleaned every day. Once there was a need for an unscheduled cleaning at 5 pm. They asked at the reception, came, cleaned up.
Hotel
There are 4 elevators in the hotel, but it often took a long time to wait for an elevator, and sometimes it was easier to walk. There is a children's room.
The staff is adequate, no conflicts have arisen. But it is clear that they are all tired by the end of the season.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop (slightly uphill). There is also an excellent bus information point at the bus stop. They speak Russian. They will tell you how to get to Salou, Barcelona, Port Aventura and other points of interest.
There is also a small playground not far from the hotel.
We did not swim in the usual pool, we were only in the children's pool, which has slides (there are several slides for adults). The child was happy, but from the age of 3 it will probably be more interesting for him.
Beach
The beach is nice, small, clean, convenient entrance to the sea. There weren't many people when we were there. There is no point in buying sun beds in general. It's easier to go for a swim in the sea and walk 50 meters to the free sun beds by the pool.
Food
We had breakfast, lunch, dinner - very acceptable, there is a variety. There were queues. In places, I've been fed yesterday's food. Once there was sour juice. The child always had something to feed. There were a lot of children's chairs, there were enough for everyone.
